We absolutely love this hotel in Alpharetta - it’s close to everything downtown and at Avalon. The staff is amazing including the valet staff. Julian was super customer-friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. We are constantly on the go around town and the valet team responds very quickly to our requests. A+
I enjoyed lunch at the hotel restaurant with a friend today. Our food was delicious and the dining room is gorgeous. Our server was Holly and she was so friendly and treated us like family. Trina also allowed us to peek at one of the guest rooms. She also took us to the new Speakeasy which will be opening soon. The property is a stunning new addition to Alpharetta hospitality.
I’ve visited Alpharetta many times over the last 10 years for Business, personally this is the first time I’ve found a hotel where I would be honestly happy to stay in my personal life. The location is great a great mix of restaurants and bars. The speakeasy downstairs was great. The staff were all friendly and the hotel feels very new.
This Curio Collection by Hilton is an extremely nice hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. It is quite as well. Didn't hear people walking around or through the walls. When traveling to the area again, this is my new favorite place to stay.
Stayed three nights in a suite - the hotel is new, clean and in a good location for walking around this part of town. I would not waste the money on a suite, as there appears to be no real upgrades other than an extra room off the bedroom that is awkwardly appointed with a sofa and floating bistro set - it looks like there is supposed to be a desk in the corner, but it is just a big empty space. Bathroom was clean but cramped. Rooms are noisy from both street traffic and adjacent plumbing (and use😒). Coffee maker did not work on departure day, and no coffee available anywhere at 6am. And you have to go to front desk to get ice as there are no ice machines on guest floors. Valet service was great, fast and friendly, which is needed as there is no parking. Lots of restaurant and shops around the property are a short walk. Had lunch at hotel restaurant which was good. Unfortunately, the restaurant was mostly empty at all times, so a bit uncomfortable dining alone. Overall, would stay again.…
Love the location and hotel. Conveniently located to downtown Alpharetta and all the stores and restaurants. It is also close to the Avalon which is another attraction for visiting Alpharetta. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Alpharetta.
I have stayed at The Hamilton several times on business travel. The hotel is very nice with good amenities and location, but a combination of very un-professional/rude front desk staff and un-competitive room rates will have me staying elsewhere in the future.
Julian at the valet was super nice and helpful definitely made the experience even more injoyable. Loved the hotel and Carrie’s conservatory, great food and ambiance!! Will definitely be returning with the rest of my family soon!!
I visited this hotel 4/12-4/13 for a business conference that was being held at the property. I checked my luggage at the front desk as they didn’t have a room available yet, which was understandable as I arrived at 7am. When retrieved my luggage and placed them upstairs once my room was ready, I went back to the meeting space. In preparation for an event that night, I opened my luggage and noticed it looked to have been tampered with but didn’t want to believe it. I checked my bracelet box and was shocked to see the bracelet was missing. I tried not to jump to conclusions and decided that I would check my home to be sure once I returned from my trip. I travelled by car so, this is the only place it could have gone missing. After searching my home on day 1 of my return, I couldn’t find the bracelet. I call the hotel and am sent the manager’s voicemail as she called in sick. I call on Day 2 where I am placed on hold and the line is disconnected. I call again and speak to a woman who was somewhat helpful and said they would review the cameras and search for the bracelet. I am asked to give them until Monday 4/18. No call. I call today, 4/19, and they act as if they never heard about the incident. Placed on hold again for more than 30 mins. Totally unacceptable. Have yet to speak with anyone who was able to provide any assistance and am out of bracelet with true sentimental value to me. Then I call their customer service number only to be given the runaround for 2 months. With promises of compensation for with zero follow-through. Only for the hotel to tell me they will not honor the compensation. I simply want a call returned and the bracelet returned or the $145 that the bracelet cost. Poor customer service. Not what I expected from this hotel or chain of hotels.…
Beautiful hotel. Stunning decor and located in the perfect spot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing missing was a pool. Overall great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend to others. Hiltons are my go to and this one definitely met my expectations.
