We liked the Embassy Suites style with its open atrium style, suite structure, and complimentary breakfast. The staff was helpful, breakfast was tasty, a bit redundant by the 4th morning but still ok. The oatmeal was great on every morning but the 4th, when it was too watery and

Ryan at the front desk, and Daniel in guest services both made my stay extra special. I got a top floor room, which I highly recommend, as there's nobody above you if you're noise sensitive. There's a fair bit of really nice detail that went into the design, most notably was the

Complimentary drinks every night and breakfast every morning ... figure how much that is worth and take it off the room rate. Best deal in town.We stay at Embassy any time there is one available wherever we travel.

Hotel was just renovated and looks much better and cleaner than the past. The bathrooms need a little TLC since I noticed a little bit of mold around the tub/shower area. The hotel restaurant and staff are great with excellent delicious food and good price. The Embassy offers

As always, Embassy suites is a great hotel. This one probably needs some updating (noticed mold in the bathroom shower). Housekeeping needs to do a better job as there was hair in the tub when we checked in. Didn’t phase me but still gross. Lobby area is nice but the floors had

is best stay on lower floors? can i request a lower floor with two beds
You may. However, the entry level has smoking rooms. As this Embassy ; accommodates both smoking and non -smoking guests. For myself, higher is better; In most cases .

has there been any upgrading to the rooms in 2016?
I could not say for certain if any of the rooms have been updated in 2016. However judging by the furnishings I don't think our suite was recently updated. That is not to say they were substandard. They just appeared to be somewhat dated but still very adequate. The rest of the suite, walls, carpets, sinks, counters, two modern flat screen TVs, etc I did not see any reason to update as they were beyond our expectations. We would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area, & would recommend it to others.

For the 1 king bedroom suite, does it have a sleeper sofa also to accommodate two more guests?
Yes there was a pullout sofa. We brought our toddler cot so he slept on that.(We were in RM 504) We booked an extra night across the street (Hampton Inn), & he used the pullout there.
