Our second time here. The grounds and the staff did not disappoint. The rooms are clean. The common areas are clean. The reservation requirement of the pool prevents overcrowding. Food at the bistro does the job. Valet is quick. Sure, walking back from the park in the middle of the day is a drag but after all it’s only a 5-10 minute walk. The level of service is what you’d expect from a JW Marriott or higher tier hotel. We stayed at three different hotels on this road trip (another one being a bonvoy autograph property and another a self-proclaimed four star French chain) and this one - a courtyard- surprisingly has the best service! Will be back. Thank you for the wonderful time.

The hotel room set up is perfect for families! Twin bunk beds, two queen beds, a dinette to eat at and a large bathroom! All vacation hotels should have this set up! The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean! This hotel should be the model for all family vacation hotels!

We had an amazing experience! Charlotte, who worked at the front desk went above and beyond to meet our needs. Charlotte's amazing customer service helped set us up for a memorable Disneyland vacation. The kids loved the bunk beds, the pool and the waterpark. My wife and I were big fans of having a Starbucks within the hotel. The room was well set up, with bunk beds and two queen beds, we loved the layout. The hotel is an easy 5 min walk to the Themepark entrance.

Great hotel. More like a resort than a standard Courtyard. Rooms were big and worked great for our family. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Two sinks in the bathroom and two showers as well. Clean and quiet. Also, if you get a resort view room you can see the fireworks in the nights they do them. Quick walk to Disneyland parks and Downtown Disney. Panera bread and McDonald’s on the way and great for breakfast.

The hotel was excellent with lots of facilities for families. The pool area was a lot of fun for the kids. The food kiosk was great to have with quite a good selection. The front staff, kiosk staff and valets were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Our only issue was the noise transfer between the room walls if your neighbours were a bit loud.

Great for families! We had two queens, bunk beds and a small bankette for eating and it wasn’t cramped. Great space / room for families. It was raining but the water park looked nice. The indoor restaurant was best place to eat and not more expensive than Panera that’s next door.

Beautiful, clean rooms with much more space than I expected. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Was super helpful that they loaded our luggage and held our car (for the same price as moving our vehicle to the parking at the park) so we could enjoy our last day at Disneyland. Only a short walk to Disneyland on a nice wide sidewalk. Definitely recommend!!

Great amenities, clean, front desk staff was nice and helpful. however, one of the girls in the bistro was a bit rude and cold. Walk from hotel to Disneyland wasn’t too bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
