The Courtyard Anaheim Theme Park Entrance hotel is celebrated for its family-friendly amenities, including a water park that delights guests, and its prime location just steps away from Disneyland, a detail that numerous travelers find convenient. Guests consistently commend the hotel for its spacious, clean rooms and the atmosphere that turns festive during holidays, adding to the cheerful experience.
While the service receives high marks for friendliness, reviews are mixed about value due to concerns over valet parking fees and the absence of complimentary breakfast. Despite this, the hotel remains a popular choice for those visiting the magical theme park.

Lovely hotel placed very close to Disney entrance. Rooms, beds, bathrooms, staff all faultless. Bristo downstairs really convenient. My bug bear is the horrendous lack of care for the environment/excessive and unnecessary use of plastics and disposables. While this is true of American hotels in general (shame on America), it is time for change! We do not want to see disposable coffee cups with plastic lids instead of a coffee mug in room. We don’t want tiny shampoo, conditioner jars. We don’t want plastic cutlery. Please make an effort and be part of the solution, not the problem.

We stayed here for 6 nights (using points) and were very happy with our stay! Patrick at the front desk was awesome!!
Our Room was very spacious, 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. The bathroom was the best, especially for a family of 4. A large separate shower and toilet room attached to the rest of the bathroom which included a tub and double sinks. Our room also included both a microwave and fridge, which was a plus.
We had no problem with loud noises here, even with the work being done on the pool area.
We would pick this hotel again if we returned to visit Disneyland. You have Mimi's Bistro right out front of the hotel, as well as a Panera and McDonald's on your walk to Disneyland. The best part was .... Disneyland's gate was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel!!!!! (If you normally go to Disney World you would understand how nice this was)

If you and your family are headed to Disneyland, look no further than this perfect location and hotel!
It is conveniently located across the street from Disneyland and there are many restaurants near the hotel for your family dining needs.
From check in to check out, our experience was five star and this hotel was perfect for our family getaway. The hotel is clean and sanitized and safety protocols are in place.
We had an amazing room that had two queen beds and a set of bunkbeds along with a bathtub and a separate shower area. The beds were super comfortable and the amenities were great. There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room and there was plenty of drawer space to store your clothes if you plan on staying for a week.
The water park in the hotel is an excellent feature for those with children. It is safe and there are employees everywhere keeping order. There is a variety of play areas for the kids to enjoy with lots of water to cool you down on these hot summer days. The pool is 3‘6“ and there is also a baby pool that is 1 foot deep. There is also the hot tub. They currently have waterpark times in sessions and in between them, the areas are sanitized. There is plenty of room for you to sit under umbrellas and elsewhere as your kids play on the numerous waterslides and other areas.
There is a bistro in the lobby area that sells Starbucks coffee and other food items that you can order.
This hotel is definitely worth checking out… We would definitely go back and stay at the same location in the future. Everything about it was simply perfect and our grandkids really enjoyed our stay.

This was our first stay at this Courtyard. We typically stay at the Best Western since it is the closest to the main gate but we wanted to switch it up this time. We booked about 3 months in advance at $269 for a double Queen/bunk bed room. The Bistro was amazing, both the coffee and breakfast sandwiches were great. I cannot say enough about the staff and how friendly they were. We called for towels and garbage pickup and they arrived in less than 10 minutes. The waterpark is the best pool on Harbor for sure! Worth the stay for that alone so make sure to book a reservation. The walk is not terrible but seems long as the end of the day or if you are going back for a nap. Love the large rooms with the bunk beds. Can't wait to come back.

This hotel was everything we were looking for in Anaheim when visiting DLR. Yes, it is pricey in comparison to some of the neighboring Harbor Drive hotels but it is worth it if you have kids who will make use of the waterpark/pool area and think bunkbeds are the coolest!
Hotel is very clean, all staff (front desk, valets, housekeeping, lifeguards) were incredibly friendly and helpful. You must have waterpark/pool reservations, but I had no issues changing my timeslot 3 of the 6 days we were there based on our activities in the parks. I was impressed the waterpark was in such great condition - it basically looked brand new - which is impressive given the daily wear and tear it experiences.
Check in was after 4 because our room was not ready, but front desk gave us an upgrade to waterpark view which was nice. Room was spacious and it was great to have 4 different beds as sleeping arrangements varied based on the children's mood. It was also an amazing gift to have 2 showers which made getting ready to go to the parks quicker in the mornings.
The location is the best. It is honestly a 7-10 minute walk to the Harbor security gate (depending on if you get the light or not). We felt perfectly safe walking at all hours including after midnight after closing out the park.
My only complaint is that the elevators get real busy in the morning, at dinner and whenever a waterpark time slot ends and while you can take the stairs down, you can't take them up. We don't mind walking and would have loved an option to get up to our room via the stairs. We had an amazing stay and would return if we ever go to DLR again.

We just returned from three nights here. The hotel was amazingly convenient to the park (on prior Disney visits we had longer walks from the parking garages than we did from this hotel). It seemed like such a deal at 1/2 the price of the park resort hotels. The staff were wonderfully accommodating and the facility was in very good condition. The representations in the photos are accurate, beds were comfortable, extra things most rooms don't have (booth and table and the extra shower) were appreciated. I liked the size of the room, bunk beds, fridge and microwave and our 8 YO daughter loved the pool and water-slide area. By the third day of visiting the parks she was ready to return for a break at the slides! We headed out early each day and were exhausted and happy to get back to the room at night. IT was a nice perk to be able to see the firework show from our room (302).
The only thing she found to complain about was the that they were not stocked up on Dippin Dot flavors.Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

My family and I (three adults, three children) stayed at the hotel during our recent Disneyland trip. While the Disneyland Hotel is magic, the Courtyard is half the price and has much more spacious rooms. The bunk beds were great, as were the double showers, and we also appreciated the table/chairs so we could eat meals in our room. Speaking of meals, the hotel restaurant was amazing ... the quality of the food combined with the extremely reasonable prices meant we ate there a lot. We happened to be staying during a November heat wave so we also got to enjoy the waterpark. It was so clean and we all enjoyed the amenities. Lastly, you can't beat the location ... it's an easy walk to the parks. Thank you for everything, Marriott. The staff were friendly and you have a great property!!

This is my family’s go-to hotel for visiting Disneyland. 2 queen beds and bunk beds, plus 2 showers, at MOST it’s a 7-10 minute walk to the main gate, bonus is you can cross at the light by the hotel and then have clear sidewalks all the way in and avoid the other Harbor hotel crowds. We doordash groceries to the room and take advantage of the fridge and microwave.
At this latest trip we spent 4 nights at this courtyard and then 2 nights at DL hotel for pool and an extra sprinkle of Disney and (coming from an extreme Disney lover and enthusiast) it’s just NOT worth it. This hotel is clean, new, comfortable, convenient, and has extra space in the rooms. The staff are friendly and will go above and beyond to be helpful. Water park is fun (bigger than the HOJO nextdoor) and you have a beautiful view of the fireworks from the pool deck.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July. The room layout and size is excellent for a family. Each member of my family had their own real bed, and we had plenty of space for our luggage too. The refrigerator/microwave area has plenty of storage for food too. We had breakfast in our room every day. The dinette seating made this very comfortable.
As with most other hotels right now, your room is not cleaned daily. However, you can get additional supplies (cups, coffee, towels, etc.) by talking with the front desk staff or communicating with them through their app. Additional supplies were always brought to our room quickly. All staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool area was never crowded since you have to reserve a time. The actual pool is on the small side. If you have younger children, the splash play area is great! Lots of features for kids to explore. There are two water slides that serve adult-sized patrons as well.
There are a Panera, Mimi's Cafe and McDonald's very close by. We did not eat at the hotel as their menu right now is limited and we have special dietary needs.
We were accidentally charged for our room even though we had purchased our stay through a package deal from an airline. A call to the hotel resolved this issue and they even refunded the daily $5.00 fee we paid for upgraded internet access. (If you are going to Disney, we were able to get boarding groups each morning from our hotel room using the upgraded WiFi).

yes it can be droppe doff. it will be held in a storage area with other storllers/scooters just outside the main door. door guy can get for u when u arrive
I would call as well.
It is easy to go out onto the patio on the main level to watch the fireworks. We enjoyed it a lot!!!!
I always try to get corner rooms as they usually give more space. With that being said we were in a corner room and there is plenty room for a pack and play. Not much privacy but the room is big and closet doors can be opened to act as a cover for people to change. The bathroom has a door where the sink is and a door where the shower/ toilet are, which allows privacy for two to shower at the same time.
