I booked two rooms just a few days before our scheduled arrival so, jit was kind of last minute and I was a little worried about what this property was really going to be like.. I have never left a review for a hotel/motel before, but, I think I'm a pretty average person with no axe to grind who can give you some honest insight if you're considering staying at this property.

• I was very pleased to find the rooms were very, very clean and neat.
• The furnishings were adequate; furniture was fairly modern and I liked that there isn't any carpet and that there were no bedspreads as those things get so dirty and seem to be rarely cleaned in most hotels
• I found the staff friendly, courteous and efficient. There was a hiccup with the payment in which they charged my friends' room to me, but they took care of that with a credit card reversal.
• Currently, breakfast is no longer available. It's a bit frustrating when it is advertised that breakfast is included, but the property called me with a reservation confirmation phone call and I was made aware of no breakfast. Fortunately, the fridge and the microwave in the room allowed us to bring in things we could have in the morning.
• Our rooms were quiet; we were on the third floor (there is an elevator).
• Our beds were comfortable.
• Currently, if staying more than one night, there is no maid service in the room. We were only staying one night; if we were staying longer I would not like that policy.
• Check in and check out was fast and easy. Note that you do not go into the lobby, the transactions are handled at a walk up window.
• The property has free overnight parking, but I believe it was only good until noon for those staying one night.
• I am not really sure if it was open oat this time of year, but there is a pool and spa on the property and they appeared sparkling clean.
• The walk to Disney's main gate would take about 20-25 mins. There is no shuttle from the hotel. I am told there is a bus that runs near the hotel that goes to a Disney stop, but we drove in and parked at Disneyland ($30) which allows you to go in and out throughout the day (not the same space, of course.)
• By the time room fees and taxes were added in, our room came to $162. I thought that was a little pricey for a one night stay, but, I was late in booking, the hotel is pretty close in proximity to Disneyland (which only matters if you're walking to the park), and other rooms in the area were comparable.

Was a great place and would recommend. Good people. Pool was open. Sadly, chose this place based on them having a comp breakfast, but when we got there was told it was not being served. Not good when all documentation says is it being served and you choose the location over others because of the offered amenity. Otherwise 5/5.

We saved literally thousands by staying here compared to the other hotels near Disneyland. It wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t the worst hotel. It’s a pretty straight forward walk to get to an entrance to the parks and took about 20 mins. The staff was very friendly. We ordered a scooter for the parks and they held onto the scooter inside their check-in area for pick up and did the same when we dropped it off when we were headed home. I would stay here again if I wanted to take another vacation to Disneyland on a tighter budget.

We booked this hotel for four nights. The room was nice and clean, and we thought it would be a great trip. However, the next day, we went to Disneyland. When we came back, we noticed that the room had not been serviced. When I called the front desk to inquire, I was told that they do not offer maid service on stay overs. WTH? We had to get sheets due to a sick child and when I told them that it was a little messed up not to offer maid service for stay overs and the reception clerk told me, "Well, we tell you that in the email so you need to just read your email again." I did not appreciate the sarcasm especially since I was not sent an email. We had to take our own trash out (we had a baby with us) and we had to get fresh towels each night. I would not recommend this hotel if you are staying more than one night as your room will NOT be serviced.

I recently booked a three night stay at this property. Shortly after booking, they sent me a detailed email listing ALL of the services which they do not provide, even though they say they do on all of the third party booking sites! They do not offer a continental breakfast, they do not offer daily housekeeping, they do not maintain an open lobby, etc. They are continuing to use Covid as an excuse to not provide basic hospitality services. This property has no interest in providing an acceptable level of customer service, and do not deserve your patronage! Spend your hard earned dollars at another hotel that will treat you right. These guys are running a con and need to be called out as often as possible on it until they either change their ways or go out of business!

Cleanliness and distancing are very important during these times and super 8 employees did a very good job at that. We’ve stayed at this site for many years so that’s why we choose super 8 for our stay during the pandemic.. they have your family in mind

Needs to do a better job of keeping rooms clean and staff need to be friendlier and more service oriented. Found dead insects inside room upon check in and Staff was unwilling to help. There were 2 front desk associates, one of them could’ve come up to clean while the other handled check in. This was at 11p at night so no guests present. Overall, just eh.

Check in was a mess due to multiple reservations made during differed times due to prior plans falling through. Because I reserved off of Expedia, I was told there was nothing they could do but fill out multiple paperworks and keep coming back to re activate our room keys.

Once we checked in, our King sized bed had 2 flat pillows. I immediately went to the office to request pillows but were told that they had none available but would leave a note requesting more pillows. After the first night we needed an extra blanket, again, we were told they had no blankets either, but a "note will be left". Our stay was for 6 nights, every day we were told the exact same thing, no matter how many people checked out while we were there. They clearly had no intention on helping us. I'd recommend the 4 Points Sheraton by Marriott and wished we would have stayed there instead. This property was run down, the hot tub was well below the stated 104 temperature and the walls are thin. Spend the little extra and stay elsewhere.

...but bring your own pillow, mattress pad, blanket and full size toiletries.
You can ask for extra but why should you have to? Pillow was accent size and mattress felt like Sleeping on cardboard but only endured four hours before getting up and heading to the park.

You may be able to, but I would check to make sure. The most recent time we stayed, I remember that there was a large RV in the front parking lot (next to the pool area). But, it made for some tight parking for everyone. Their front lot is not very big, and there’s a height restriction to get to their back lot.

It depends on how many spaces you need. Their lot is small so they only allow one vehicle per room, regardless of how many people you have in the room. No exceptions.

I walked this route last week. It is 1.1 miles to the park entrance going through Downtown Disney. It was exactly 30 minutes with waiting at stoplights. You can take the number 11 bus (Ball Road Line) which has a stop across the street on Ball Road. Inbound is only 6 minutes plus waiting for the bus. Outbound is closer to 20 as you have to go all the way around to walnut to get back to the stop. Cost is $5.50 per adult for a day pass. $2 for kids for a day pass (to and from the park). Bus leaves every 20 minutes. Go the Anaheim Resort Transportation page and look up bus 11 or start from your hotel and see which line works best. A pretty cheap way to get to and from the park.

I doubt they will answer. They do have hot water and bowls available if you bring your own cereal. They did have apples. The rest was just the muffins donuts cereals and waffles. Just stop at a store on the way to the hotel and grab healthy food.

You can show up late at night if you have to, I would just call them and say you are not getting in until later. Nice people at the front desk very willing to help in anyway they can.
