Excellent customer service during brunch. Mario was extremely kind and helpful with family. We had a mixed group of seniors and children. I wasn’t always able to get an item needed. Mario was extremely helpful and noticed what we needed before we could ask! The were so many options to choose from (hot or cold.) My family enjoyed watching Bluey while eating.

The breakfast was pretty good.Shout out to Ofelia Veronica the cook! .Pretty close to Disneyland. Rooms are nice with a kitchen. The beds were nice and comfy after a days walk at both parks at Disneyland.

Wonderful Stay! Staff is amazing, complimentary breakfast has everything you could want. Pool and hot tub clean. Get to Disneyland easily with ART bus pass. I highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed her 3 times over the last 9 years. It does not disappoint.

We just had breakfast and boy, it was busy! However, the breakfast attendant, Mario, was amazing!He never stopped moving the whole time we were there. I saw him helping the family of at least 6 kids clean up a mess, bussing multiple tables, assisting sleepy parents and energetic kids, and the only time I saw him standing was when he took a few seconds to stop and chat with us to answer some questions. What a hard worker! This guy deserves a raise!!!

Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. They didn’t supply kitchen items as much as we would have liked. i.e.…..They left us with one dishwashing packet for a weeks worth of dishes. We had to make a special trip to the store to buy a small $1.25 bottle of dish soap. They easily could have provided that. Mario and Lucy were very accommodating,cheerful and helpful at breakfast. The breakfast didn’t have as much variety each day as we would have hoped. The WiFi wasn’t the best in our room but overall, we would stay again though.

Myself and my co-workers stayed here for an annual tradeshow in Anaheim and we loved it. We stayed in the bi-level suites and it was extremely spacious. We really enjoyed our breakfast also and the staff was so accommodating. They were so sweet and service was impeccable both in the breakfast area and front desk. The food was great and we especially loved the waffles. Mario was very attentive and we had great conversation with him. Overall, great stay and highly recommend to others whether if it's for business or pleasure and even bringing your family for a Disneyland trip. If I had to think of one thing it would be to maybe add a wood log or two in the fireplace so that guests could enjoy it. It's a minor suggestion and certainly doesn't hinder my opinion but I do remember when we got back from dinner we were looking forward to using the fireplace but couldn't.…

Myself and my colleagues stayed at the Clementine for a convention and had a wonderful stay. The room was a bi-level suite and very cozy and spacious. It would be great if they had a lot in the fireplace to use though. The staff was always smiling and very accommodating! Mario Carranzo was so pleasant and spoke with us during breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay! Cheery hotel that is set up so well for families and comfortable for a business trip too! The staff - Josh at the front desk and the food staff Ofelia and Veronica and Mario - went way out of their way to help and get what I needed. Thank you!

The Clementine Hotel is such a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and different every day with a lot of options.
