Great hotel. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Definitely my hotel of choice when traveling to this area. Close to Disney and the convention so it is the perfect location. Great area and felt safe while at the hotel. The room was clean and I was able to easily get extra towels when needed.

I stayed at the Hilton Anaheim in order to attend a convention next door. Its only appeal is the location if you are going to a convention - it is only steps away. Otherwise, almost everything about it is disappointing. Rooms are outdated and very basic. They lack power outlets (there were two outlets at the desk but otherwise no outlets anywhere in the room that weren't already in use by lamps and clocks), the furniture was grungy and dirty, the bathroom vanity counter was banged up, water pressure was horrendous and there was almost no hot water for showers in the morning. I could hear every noise from the hallway and neighbors (although luckily had quiet neighbors). Because of the convention, they were happy to price gouge and rooms were over $300 a night, which is just appalling for what you actually get. The only reason to stay here is to be close to a convention - otherwise, save your money and stay anywhere else in the area.…

Thanks to your Hostess Mrs. Liqua in the restaurant she recommended us the Hotel and provide us a Great Service with Love and care. The server and the Tammy were great Too !!! Prices are little expensive but we enjoyed. Please say Hello to Costa that my friend tall good about them

I had a beautiful stay at the Hilton Anaheim. They have great food ( I ordered the sea bass and salmon and they were both amazing) and great views of the fireworks from Disney from your room! I had a very spacious room. It was very clean and I would definitely visit again. It is only a short less than a mile walk to disney. This is the perfect hotel if you want to plan your Disney trip. Perfect for conventions as well!

I've stayed at this Hilton several times, and although the lobby and Fitness Center are great, our room was terrible. Old, stained carpet, peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, paint chipped off the entryway door. The room simply needs an update immediately. I paid over $300/night for this mess, and that was the conference rate. The hotel is to be renovated in 1-2 years. Buyer beware.

I recently stayed in a 1 King Studio suite with a Disney view. The suite was very spacious and clean with an amazing view. I mainly enjoyed how quiet it was. There was no foot traffic outside my room from other guests or staff. The fireworks show did not even echo through the windows.

I travel a lot for conferences. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. First, I didn’t have any hot water so I called the front desk. They told me that the hot water is always a problem and I just had to leave it run a while. But eventually they had to send maintenance because it never got hot. My room was also very cold and the heat didn’t work. The room was also I n dire need of renovation. The furniture in the room was either badly scratched or frayed, and the carpet was wrinkled and coming up from the floor. I ordered food and they lost my order. Also there was a big cheerleading convention at the hotel and the children were screaming and running up and down the hallways even in the middle of the night. During the day they camped out all over the lobby and were sleeping on the floor and leaving garbage everywhere. The staff didn’t really do anything about it. I would never stay here again. After a few similar experiences at other Hiltons I will think twice about staying at another. The quality is on par with a bad roadside motel. …

Stayed here for a work event. Tried to check in early and they told me “we only have one room left for early check in, buts it’s a room upgrade. It will only cost you 20 bucks, one time fee for the room upgrade”. Ok. Seems fair. My colleague comes to check in 45 minutes later. Same spiel. “Oh only one room left! Cost you 20 bucks” Pretty sad to lie to your guests. The finale was when I checked out, they charged me 20 bucks per day for the room upgrade. Nice try. Called them out and the front desk person adjusted my bill. She also admitted that “it’s scammy”. Furthermore, in the room it says “enjoy 2 free water bottles a day”. But then charged me 10 bucks per day for the water. They are banking on you not checking your invoice. I won’t even elaborate on how moldy the conference rooms smelled, how the line for Starbucks was out into the lobby every morning, literally 2 tiny places at the “food court”, which were lined up, WiFi was terrible, couldn’t get my work done. Do yourself a favor, don’t stay here. The only positive was the housekeeping staff who checked on me everyday, with fresh towels and were pleasant in the hall. …

Had a fantastic stay for my daughter’s birthday! The pool area had a fun water playground, and lots of seating areas. We had a park view room, so could see the fireworks at night. We also loved eating in the lounge, and she enjoyed getting to order Mickey waffles in the hotel’s restaurant in the mornings. A huge plus that there’s a full service Starbucks in the lobby!
