Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim North offers spacious, clean rooms with a much-appreciated complimentary breakfast. However, guests have called out the need for updates throughout the hotel and a wider variety of breakfast options. While some travelers praise the hotel's cleanliness and comfort, others find the atmosphere tarnished by outdated decor and occasional unruliness. The value proposition is a point of contention, with additional fees for amenities like internet and parking. Service experiences vary, with some guests encountering delays and lack of responsiveness. The location's tranquility is noted, though its remoteness requires guests to have transportation for nearby attractions.

From a location POV this hotel worked out great for my needs. Over a three day weekend, I had the NAMM show (Anaheim Convention Center) and a two-day volleyball tournament at American Sports Center (next to Disney). This property was about 5 miles away from both venues so it met my needs and got my booking. The format of the hotel is nice (atrium in middle) but also one of the major flaws. When you have a hotel with hundreds of rooms there are bound to be a couple of clueless guests in regards to how they should act in public areas. Every night past 10p had a few guests shouting to their mates from the atrium and the flaw is that it works like a huge PA system and everyone hears it. Similar in the mornings are parents that let their kids run through the atrium at 5a who haven’t learned what an “inside voice” is. I awaken at 4:00a daily so it didn’t directly affect me but I know I’m in the minority so it may be something to consider for you. For the most part, you can escape your living room area and close the door to the bedroom and that helps with the atrium noise but then you get reminded of the freeway. This hotel is old and still has some of its original infrastructure like the glass facing the freeway. Since there was no seal for the slider to the balcony, the sound that came into the room from the freeway was insane. You will hear the cars on the freeway the entire night. Also due to the age and original construction of the building, you’ll hear all the running around of the room above you. Again, kids don’t know to use “inside feet” and many parents don’t know any better. High point of the hotel was the manager reception. A nice touch to offer complimentary drinks and snacks to the guests. Anyhow, while the location was good, I won’t be staying here again. Cleanliness gets a generous 3 of 5. Oh, also a nightstand next to the bed would be handy.

We do hope you will consider staying with us again the next time your travels bring you to our area. All the best!

We stayed for 5 nights. The Front Desk agent did advise that we would have to request to get our room cleaned and to let them know the night before we wanted it cleaned. We requested our room to be cleaned 3 times. It finally got cleaned the night before we checked out. We also requested extra towels and wash rags, as we have 3 kids and it took 3 days to receive them. My Husband was at the Front Desk every day making these requests. We were constantly told the hotel was short staffed. I will say the Front Desk agent who checked us in was lovely and the complimentary breakfast was great.

This Embassy Suites is a little beat up and worn down but they have it priced right considering it’s location to nearby attractions like Disneyland. The rooms are spacious and there was a mini refrigerator in my room (no freezer section). The four stars is due to the price I paid in comparison to its location. If this place would get a little TLC, it would really be a first class hotel.

If you're looking to stay in the North Anaheim area, it's my recommendation that you skip this Embassy Suites. We were completely dissatisfied with our stay. The suite was not clean, and we were not told that it faced a metal recycling plant, that runs 24/7. All we could hear was the plant running, and for someone like me who is a light sleeper, it was impossible to sleep !! We asked for housekeeping in our room the following morning, as we were gone all day, but when we returned, no one had showed up. At 4:40 a housekeeper finally showed up, but we were getting ready to leave for a family dinner, so we asked she come back in an hour. We were told "nope, I'm off in 20 minutes", and that was that. We had to call down to the front desk to get clean towels, coffee, etc., and our room never got cleaned. Also, this hotel room did not meet the ADA standards, as the television could not provide closed captioning. Oh, there were letters on the screen (after engineering took 30 minutes to figure out how to turn it on.. not accessible by the remote) but it was jibberish. My husband is a retired, disabled Marine who lost his hearing during service. We found this to be very offensive. On to the food.. SKIP the "free" breakfast. It was horrible, and unsafe to eat. All of the buffet food was cold, the bacon & sausage were not cooked through (bacon was literally raw) and even the breakfast potatoes were cold on the inside. The made to order wasn't much better, with stale tasting ingredients and the omelet was still runny in the middle. The evening reception was about the only thing we enjoyed at this hotel. The "munchies" were good, fresh and kept stocked. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. I did find it a little strange though that we had to pay $1.00 per game to use the pool table, but we did have a good time. After the evening reception, my husband, son and I went to their Bistro 3100 for dinner. There was only 1 table occupied when we arrived. We all ordered the same thing, burgers with salad as the side. Our food took over an hour to be delivered to us. The salad was on the same plate as the burger, and not served first as is traditional. The dressing had run into the bun, making them soggy and inedible. The burgers were not cooked through, and were cold. We all went to bed hungry that night !! I did not report most of this to the front desk staff, as I felt it would be ignored anyway, but consider this a warning to reconsider this hotel !!

Tub was dirty, used to phone there was food stuck to the phone, smell. Rooms are not sanitized was not informed, you have to request it! Requested towels since rooms were not sanitized or restocked took forever had to the cleaning room if the hotel to try to find some. After an hour the towels were delivered. And there was a smell to the room. Would definitely not come back to this hotel avoid it if you can.

To start, I am a diamond honors member of Hilton. So I've stayed in quite a few places.
1. The Breakfast was good on paper but the actual food was subpar. The liquid eggs were still liquid and hardly anyone touched them. It's pretty disgusting. Drinks were running out left and right while breakfast was still running (orange juice, apple juice & coffee). Definitely needs a visit from corporate quality control or someone. I realize you get a ton of people because of location and being summer time but that's no excuse.
2. We never ask for our room to be cleaned, but the one time I asked for towels it took 3 hours and a second phone call.
3. Room TV is from 10 years ago and very very very very slow. Basically stuck watching whatever channel the last person left it on. Hotel rooms needs updating for sure.
4. The front desk lady at checkin definitely needs lessons in customer service. She was probably on her way out because I didn't see her after that, but that isn't an excuse. No welcoming, no asking if I brought a car or needed a parking pass. Just cold as ice.

I stayed with my friend over the weekend at your hotel everyone was really nice but the one young lady Kim really stood out to me she embedded what hospitality guest services is. She took her time to help us with the Art shuttle service we requested a crib and extra towels the day before never got it but when we got back from dinner it was in our room she told us it’s in the room because she delivered it.
Even when she had a line checking in the phones ringing she was very nice, polite and was always smiling
Kim and James both have great service really stands out keep doing a great job.

The good definitely outweighed the not-good and I would certainly stay here again. There were a few drawbacks though -
Positive: affordable rates, friendly staff, clean room, warm indoor pool, shuttle to Disneyland, full complimentary breakfast.
Bear in mind, though: Disneyland is 20-30 minutes away, the shuttle doesn’t run for three hours midday, I forgot the tap water in CA tastes bad, and the hotel is in a very isolated location: freeway on two sides, scrap metal yard on another, and a club on the other (then more freeway).
We had not rented a car and if I did it over, I would want a car just to feel less isolated (and pick up a handle or two of drinking water).

I was in town for the Hilton convention and PJ made my stay excellent!!
My stay was lacking a few things as far as housekeeping standards. But it didn't even matter after meeting him. He made my stay 100% satisfied. It seems many guests feel the same way and only come in when he is working. He deserves a huge thank you from the management company.
My head turned from a negative experience to a positive after engaging with him on my first night.
The front desk staff did handle my issue but didn't even say sorry for food left from the previous guest. Hairs in my bed and coffee all over the floor in front of the fridge.
My co worker also experienced housekeeping issues. Including hairs in her room and a toothbrush on the desk chair. My five star rating is due to his lack of care. Employees like that are made for hospitality.
I was not looking for anything for my issues but care and a apology. Instead of front desk giving me that he took great care of us both.. PJ is the best employee I dealt with my entire week stay. I received no other care or personal experiences with any other staff. Great Job at making a Diamond GM extremely happy!! 😁😍

Cannot control your own temperature in room, dirty stained carpets, mold around sliding door, dirty stained doors, humid musty smell in room. Notified front desk of a water leak coming from ceiling in hallway. Three days passed and nothing was done to fix the leak. We placed our own Tupperware on floor to collect water. Next day we checked out and Tupperware was still there and ceiling still leaking. Out dated rooms. Sorry to say but I would not stay here again.

I seem to remember it was about $6 person. It picked up people from several hotels at the one spot outside the Embassy Suites and took us directly to the Disneyland entrance drop off spot. I believe most of your other questions were answered above, but I would call the hotel directly to confirm as things may change based on the time of year.
