We booked for a two night stay to go to Disneyland for all the Christmas activities. The hotel is about 1 mile door to gate. It is an easy walk on sidewalk only crossing one big street(Katella). They serve breakfast each day and parking was underground for $24 per day(the same as Disneyland charges in their garage). Staff were pleasant and helpful upon check in. Our room faced Harbor and we thought this might be a problem with the noise but the windows do a good job of blocking it out. Ask for a room facing Katella is you want to be able to see the fireworks at Disneyland. The room didn't have a bathtub so if you need/want one you might need to inquire whether you can get a room that has one. Bed was comfortable. there was a large sofa, mini fridge, coffee maker. the hotel is located next door to the Marriott Hotel Anaheim Convention Ctr and you can catch a shuttle to Disneyland(for a fee). Nice stay, would stay here again.

Pros:
Family suite with bunk beds are nice sized with 2 TV's in the room and can sleep 6+
Family suites face the park and some have views of the fireworks
Fairly close walk to Disney and attached to a CVS and a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf
Free breakfast is great--my kids all LOVE the Mickey Waffles and choosing toppings for them.

Cons:
Parking is pretty pricey for the hotel type
Only has a small pool, no hot tub but an overall decent roof deck
No bar

Overall if you are a Marriott Loyalist this is a solid choice for price, location and room size for a family of 5. We have stayed here many times but prefer the Courtyard Marriott Maingate for better location, pool and hotel amenities. We also slightly prefer the Residence Inn next store as it has a bar and a hot tub.

We stayed here; October 27-November 1; for a holiday trip to Disneyland. We are a family of 6; and loved this hotel. We got a kids suite with bunk beds and 2 queens.

The room was clean, the hotel lobby smells amazing, was always clean and the staff was great.

The complimentary breakfast was FANTASTIC! Make your own Mickey waffles, toast, bagels, croissants, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal and all the toppings, yogurt and fruit, eggs, breakfast meat, cereal, really a great breakfast before the parks.

The parking garage was under the hotel accessed only by room key; and we never experienced any issues, felt safe and clean.

The walk to Disneyland was probably 10 minutes, but felt quick and super easy.

The CVS under the store was stocked full of necessities; and wasn’t overpriced and the Coffee shop under the hotel also had great drinks!

We will definitely be staying here again!

We booked 2 suites for our family during our Disneyland excursion! The front desk staff were outstanding! Friendly, funny, willing to help with any problem or question. Polite and respectful always. Check in an check our was easy-peasy. The rooms were comfortable and big enough to stretch out in, have privacy and visit with family members. Bathroom was larger than normal, they could have provided more towels to begin with, but getting more was not a problem. Our toilet seemed to run constantly and we called and within minutes they were there to fix it. Our only complaint was that we asked for fresh towels one morning as we were leaving and when we returned they had not been delivered. A quick call to the desk and within 5 minutes we had a set of towels with extas.
Their free breakfast was plentiful, you had to be there early since they tended to run low on some essentials closer to 8:30 and after. Like yogurt, butter, bread, English muffins, etc. they did have Mickey Mouse shaped waffles.
We enjoyed our stay. I thought the price, though the Bonvoy rate, to be very reasonable for a 1 bedroom suite. The location was close to the park. While no shuttle service they are next to the Anaheim Regional Transit stop that offers a route that covers the hotels on Harbor Ave for a small fee. Plus if you rent a scooter the hotel let’s you park it in the lobby when not in use to charge which is very convenient.
A great Hotel, at a reasonable price for a resort ares, with great staff, highly recommend!

The room was large and could be split by closing the sliding door, which was really nice. Housekeeping was excellent, and there was a complimentary breakfast which was convenient. The gym was well-equipped. The road is quite noisy but there is not a lot one can do about that. We were a bit afraid that the children in the hotel would be noisy but they were not at all.

My husband and I stayed here over a long weekend trip to Disneyland for my birthday. We enjoyed having a room with a little extra space, the breakfast was delicious (Mickey waffles!). The location can’t be beat (walk to Disneyland in ten-ish minutes, there’s a CVS & A Coffee Bean in the building, plus a 24 hour Walgreens, a Starbucks, and a 7-11 at the intersection). Hotel was very clean and quiet, parking was easy.

If I could make one suggestion, I wish they would add an EV charger in the parking garage.

Our family enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel for a long weekend at Disney. We were in a family suite and our two teens really appreciated each having their own bed.

There are lots of "Pros" for this hotel: The location is terrific. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very well done and really appreciated having some gluten free options to accommodate an allergy in our family. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Two cons:

1. Walls and ceilings are paper thin - we had noisy neighbors next to and above us and it was like they were in our room with us. We could make out every word of conversations in the hall outside our room. Even the street noise was really loud. Not sure what the hotel could possibly do about any of that, but it is an issue when you're trying to sleep.
2. Breakfast ends at 9:30 which is on the early side for those not going to a park early and hoping to get some extra rest.

We stayed three nights for our trip to Disney and had a great stay. The room was very nice and I liked it had a door separating the sleeping area so kids can nap undisturbed. The breakfast was good too but I wish they had fruit (there were bananas 2/3 days).

The hotel is a ten minute walk to Disney or hop on the number 5 ART bus right out front. There's also a CVS downstairs and a souvenier shop across the street next to a 7-11 that were very convenient. There's a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Bathroom was large and clean, bed was very comfortable.

We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in this hotel based on the proximity to Disneyland and the free breakfast. Also, I generally have stayed at Marriott branded hotels.

The hotel is close to Disney and we walked each day as opposed to going to the Toy Story buses. This is a big positive.

The breakfast is sub par and crazy busy with almost no seating. All I could get into me was the oatmeal and it is hard to go wrong with oatmeal. They were often out of coffee and the eggs were not good. The staff worked hard to try to keep up with the rush of people. It was an included breakfast but passable.

I tried to get Marriott to price match a third party site but they were often delayed or couldn’t find the price ir didn’t look to hard.

I think the hotel needs an good update lots of wear in the rooms and in the lobby area. The staff work hard with what they have and are friendly.

Lots of alternatives at the price point.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and the location is great. My advice is try another Marriott. I pulled back my bed to find blood one the sheets at 10PM on my first nights stay. When I called the front desk I was sent a very nice young man that handed me sheets at the door. Now I don’t know about you but when I check into a hotel I expect the sheets to be clean. And the staff to take it very seriously that filthy are left on the bed. And I also expect the bed made for me. I am extremely upset the staff was flip about the seriousness of this. Again try another hotel that cares about the hygiene of its rooms.

I don’t know if they are in a certain location. Our room was on the third floor I believe. There is no door but the rooms are very large with the couch and one tv as you walk in, a large bar area with microwave, coffee, and small fridge across from the bathroom in the middle, and then the king bed and tv near the window. I was able to watch tv and relax while my son slept in the other side no problem.

No. It is all one room with the bathroom to the side in between. So no noise or privacy separation really
