I stayed here for a education conference and was not able to get a room at the main conference center. This hotel topped all the overflow hotels for the event. It was posh, modern, clean, quiet and so convenient to food, Target, drug store, etc. The breakfast floored me. It had hot root vegetables, that I would order off of any menu. You cannot beat this place.

Overall stay was ok. Breakfast was lacking. Glendale Hyatt place offered much better overall breakfast selection. Everything was mostly as expected. Nothing to brag about really. Service was good but only 1-2 workers which led to some wait times.

Excellent location, amazing customer service, but room was not clean. Please put more attention to the rooms, changing bed sheets after every guest leaves the hotel should be a priority. Having to put my own blankets over the bed to sleep confortable after paying $700 was absolutely disappointing.

Breakfast was horrible, limited choices all 4 days the same thing . So unfortunate for a Hyatt property . Pool area is ridiculously small , only a 5' ledge on 3 sides with chairs , and no lounges to sunbathe. Getting splashed by people in the pool was not my idea of pool side enjoyment , or cramming into a hot tub that only seats 4-5 people comfortably

We were pleased with the location of this hotel. We had an event at the Convention center which was only a 6 minute walk. Disneyland was within a reasonable walking distance and there were several restaurants and 2 drug stores close enough to walk. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. The rooms were clean and plenty big enough. The pool is VERY small and the hot tub was kind of gross looking. So we opted to stay out of the water. The breakfast was typical. Nothing special but it was edible. They do clean up right at the end time. So don't plan on sleeping in. The rooms were a bit noisy with the traffic in the halls and the floor above but it wasn't anything worth complaining about. I would stay here again.

Poor customer service. If you left your item by accident, you would never retrieve them. They said they looked inside the room, but when I went there personally, they told me they could only go to the room if it were already checked out. They said they were too busy, so no wonder they had no time to make an extra effort to look for the items. Also, the room is not clean, and you will see old diapers under the bed and sofa. Very disappointed with this Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort. Be aware!

Fantastic customer service from check in to check out! All employees were so kind and helpful. The evening employee was so welcoming, wished my son a happy birthday and remembered us the next day. Breakfast was great and always replenished and tables cleared immediately, thanks to the quick young gentleman. Wonderful, quiet location with plenty of parking. Comfortable beds and nice shower. High parking fees, but ideal to catch the Toy Story shuttle across the street about an easy 7-10 minute walk. Room was clean and the daily bottled water was a nice touch. This is our go to place when in Anaheim!

This hotel exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable and customer service. We stayed here on a family Disneyland trip and it was a great location. You can walk to the park or take a shuttle nearby. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of space to find a table with my family. We'll definitely stay here again!

Staff was great, very attentive. Great location if you have meetings at the convention center. Bar area is small but fit our needs and the bartender was great. Morning breakfast was well stocked, with plenty of seating, Front desk was always welcoming and helpful with dinner suggestions and things to do. Would definitely stay again.
