The check in staff was nice and gave me a room right away. Room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. However trash from prior guest (diaper) was left behind in a bin. Loved the good wifi. There was a plumping problem with the room and the maintenance staff fixed it right away. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, turkey sausages and yogurt... The staff was diligent to clean up and fill up food. The walk to Disney park was around 30 minutes but there are buses. I walked to downtown Disney every day for meals.

We chose the hotel for its proximity to the park- it is about 15 minute walk. The hotel is basic, but clean. The staff are friendly, but I can’t say anyone really went out of their way for anything. The breakfast is quite decent. The walls are thin, and since the hotel is packed with families, you are likely to be awakened by kids crying at night. There’s no food or shopping nearby, Disney options being the closest.

I would say the staff, breakfast included and hot tub is the best part. I need to especially credit the front desk, breakfast team and bartenders they all made our stay memorable. The room was large, comfortable, lots of hot water for log showers of 5 people. We liked breakfast very much and the attentiveness of the staff made it a highlight of the stay. The hot tub was great after long days of walking another great feature of the hotel along with 24 hour gym. There are some misses and complaints though mostly because of the Marriott brand. The room was dated and in need of some routine repair. It's just not acceptable that there are no bellboys and you need to go on a hunt and search mission to find a trolley. It's bad enough that the hotel is charging $25 for parking but there is no dedicated parking you are left to fend for yourself to fight for a spot with the other 3 hotels that are there. …

This hotel has recently undergone renovation and it looks great! Updated look with amusement park theme. New furniture also looks modern. Guestroom is also comfortable. The hotel is a short walking distance to Disneyland. Staff are also very friendly.

I didn't hate the hotel, but I didn't love it either. Once we arrived, the lobby was sectioned off and we were notified of remodeling. I think it would have been good to know this ahead of time. Once given our keys, we get to the room and the keys did not work. I went back to the front desk and she handled it. Once in the room, the A/C did not work properly. I did call the front desk and they sent someone immediately. I have to give them credit for the quick respond time. They did fix the A/C issue and it was working properly the remainder of my stay. The breakfast buffet in the morning was what I would expect and the service of the staff was adequate. I have no complaints about that. The laundry and gym were not working due to the remodeling and there were exposed wires and other openings throughout the hotel. That is why I am giving them 3 stars. …

We loved this hotel! They had a huge, delicious, FREE hot breakfast buffet and a friendly staff. They also told us about an inexpensive and convenient shuttle service to the parks. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Disneyland!

Really huge rooms. Great beds and pillows. Great location but a long walk to the gate. Overpriced for a hotel that is really not that close to the gate. Breakfast was really bad, cold, and small selection. Staff was great. We would stay here again if we can get a better price.

Conveniently close to parks! Nice free breakfast with super friendly and attentive serving staff, like Linda! Front desk staff were very helpful too. The room was very clean and larger than we expected. The ice maker, washer and dryer were conveniently located and working perfectly. Overall, an excellent place to stay for the price!

Fabulous place to stay when visiting Disneyland nice and close we still used the ART bus system but you could walk. Randy was amazing we had some trouble with our reservations but he didn’t leave until we had it sorted out even though he had to stay late for us. The rest of the staff was also extremely helpful and kind. The Breakfast buffet saved us so much time in the morning we could just eat and leave.
