This was my family's second time staying here in the past 13 months. It's the closest hotel directly across the street from the Disneyland parks which is perfect if you have small children who may need to go back to the hotel for a midday nap. The complimentary breakfast does not disappoint and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We can't wait to come back!

Stayed here during a short Disneyland trip. Obviously the best part is the location. Three minutes from Disneyland gate to crosswalk across from the hotel. I never had the breakfast but drove by it when I was leaving and it looked a bit paltry. Pool is open, ground floor rooms hear the people above, unfortunately there’s nothing that can be done about that. Walking distance to a McDonald’s and a Panera. Room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny. Pretty decent sized refrigerator for a hotel. We’re staying again in a few weeks in one of the mini suites so we’ll see how the size difference is compared to a standard double room (two double beds). Parking is $15 per day and you’re limited to one car per room. There weren’t any USB ports in the room so bring your plugs! I will definitely stay here again.…

I knew this hotel was 2-stars, but being so close to the park and free breakfast, I just couldn’t pass it up. Upon check in, I instantly regretted my decision. No effort from staff to try and check in early, even if it was just an hour, so beware if that if you travelled long hours and with small children. They will just tell you come back at 3, and no we won’t call you earlier. Room was dirty, by the end of the first stay if just relaxing in the room, my child’s socks were black. The carpet was wet when we checked in and the bathroom had mold. The door had no weather stripping, so you could clearly see there was a gap between the doorway and any bugs, Lise could get through. Very loud at night. It from other rooms, but from the traffic outside and the people walking by was so loud, esp trying to sleep after a long day. The free breakfast is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE, so you have to walk to the building next door and up a steep flight of stairs with no elevator access. We ate once and didn’t go back, but families with lots of kids may benefit. The hotel is literally right outside the shuttle/entrance to Disneyland so that was the main and only benefit for us. But I still wish we would’ve spend the extra money and stayed somewhere else. …

Great hotel for family of six! Directly across the street from Disneyland! Delicious hot breakfast every morning. Free coffee and everyone was extremely helpful at the hotel. If you want value, cleanliness, and closeness to Disneyland - this is the hotel for you.

Park Place Inn was the best place I can imagine staying. It was an easy walk to the main gates of Disneyland, and there were multiple restaurants in the area for dining. Plus we were served a full breakfast each morning! Our rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was an integral part in making our trip to Disneyland magical and memorable.

Amazing & convenient stay! Right across Disneyland ! We would rope drop and walk back to hotel around mid day to nap and walk back to the park to close it out! Such a convenient place to stay when you have little kids that still need naps during the day!

Absolutely awesome hotel. We have stayed here 3 times for Disney trips! Great staff, clean rooms and yummy breakfast! We love love love this hotel!! Our go to spot. The walk to Disneyland is about 6 minutes! Pool is great! Best part, you can see the fireworks from right outside your room!

Great location, clean rooms and a good breakfast to start the day! Lots of food choices around the hotel if you decide to not eat at the parks. We normally fly in and it’s a 15-20min ride from John Wayne.

Best western plus park place in is directly across from Disneyland just a crosswalk away from the Disneyland walk way! Larger room and clean. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We stayed for a concert at the house of blues but already booked several rooms at this hotel for our upcoming family vacation to Disneyland in December because you can’t get any closer to the park other than staying in a Disney hotel.

Disappointed. I had heard great things about this place. But the rooms need serious updates. The worst was the mess under the sink. Mold possibly. Only one elevator was working and breakfast is in a different building with stairs. Staff wasn’t super friendly. Room was very small and the carts going back and forth starting very early were very noisy and constant. It was so loud. Positives Breakfast was good Location to Disneyland can’t be beat. Nice coffee, hot chocolate, latte machine in lobby. That mess under the sink and the hole in the wall is definitely unacceptable!
