Hotel's Favourite
I recently stayed in a 2 queen corner scenic room. The view was awesome and the room was very clean. The hotel still smelled like paint and new carpet/etc. The decor of the hotel/room was super modern and welcoming. Most of the amenities were not yet open, like the pool and restaurant, but they looked like they were going to be very nice once everything is completed. This will be a great hotel for business travelers and probably for leisure travelers going to Disneyland/etc. PROS: - Excellent staff - from the front desk folks to the valet, all staff were attentive and very courteous. KUDOS to them! - Hotel is super convenient to 5 Freeway and also all other major routes in Anaheim. - Rooms and public areas are still very new, so everything is very clean and tidy. Felt very clean and sanitary for sure even during COVID. - Excellent location for Disneyland - about a 10-15 minute walk to main gates depending on quick you walk. - Awesome views from 2 queen corner scenic room! Room was very large as well, with plenty of space. CONS: - Hotel was so new, I didn't get to experience all amenities, like the pool/etc. I am sure once the property fully opens, everything will be great. - 2 queen corner scenic room on 6th floor was a bit noisy from 5 Freeway traffic. However, once you get used to the background noise, it won't bother you. Rooms on lower floors may be noisier. - Hotel only offers valet parking ($22/night). This may be problemmatic for families or large groups who come and go with cars, but pretty normal for business travelers. FWIW, the valet was super quick if car was needed.

We've stayed here quite a few times when we fly down for a Disney weekend. Location wise, it's not too far of a walk from the parks. This past weekend, we didn't have the greatest experience with our first room. I spoke to Liz at the front desk and she moved us to another room on a higher level, which I was grateful for, but there was construction or maintenance going on in the room below us or to the bottom right of us? The strong repeated sounds of a drill or hammering in the early mornings were not appreciated. The drilling was so loud at one point our floor kept shaking. With the loud construction and the screaming /crying children in the rooms/halls, we barely slept. Honestly, I was pretty disappointed because of the amount I paid for Mother's Day weekend and the overall service. The ONLY reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the sweetest Hospitality member, Carmelino. He went out of his way to find my son Green Tea pods for our coffee maker and brought us extra soap, just because. Carmelino was the only thing great about our stay.

Went with myself, another adult and 2 toddlers. Room was good, clean, spacious and quiet. Easy walk to Disneyland. Lobby area is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is that the AC systems heat didn't stop and the Auto option didn't work or seem to be able to be adjusted, but wasn't a big deal for us.

My employer sent us on a vacation to Disney and chose the hotel. Great choice, daily breakfast was delish and not just fruit and coffee, live music in the lobby in the evening, drinks and snacks in bar and minutes to the Disney front gate. Staff was friendly and rooms came with a microwave and fridge!!!! We will stay here again :)

We will never stay at this location again and will not recommend to family or friends because of what transpired the day we checked out. We are disappointed with the lack of resolution and communication from the General Manager and the Restaurant Manager in regards to our “misplaced” credit card from the restaurant. As we were checking out, my husband went to the cafe to purchase a coffee, he quickly realized that he left his credit card in the restaurant the night before. The front desk staff contacted one of the employees working that night and they CONFIRMED they had our credit card. A few staff members attempted to see if they could find it over at the bar, with no luck. They reassured us that they would call when the restaurant staff got in around 2pm, but this did not happen. We came back to pick-up our things around 4pm, upon our return, we were informed the credit card was nowhere to be found. I’d like to add that three of the restaurant employees who worked the night our card went missing didn’t want to give their names. We were reassured the general manager would contact us first thing in the morning. Not until around 4:30pm did my husband call and her response was along the lines "I was just about to contact you”.. She told us that she would investigate and later said there was no sign of foul play. As we reviewed our credit card activity, we noticed a charge of $240+ from their restaurant. I asked my husband how much our order was that night and he said around $100 with a $20 tip. The general manager was informed and she looped in the restaurant manager. The restaurant manger said he would give us a full refund and that the $ sign looked like a 1. My husband requested a copy of the receipt and he changed his story, saying that he had not actually yet seen the receipt but was assuming this was the case and would let us know when he found it. It has now been a week and two days to "track down our receipt" with the last communication being five days ago.
