I really, really want to love Element, bc their room layouts are phenomenal and the beds are comfortable. That being said, here's our experience. We arrived at noon, knowing our room would likely not be ready. It was not. They said the luggage storage room was full and they were working on it. We waited about an hour and they accepted our luggage. They said to return at 4 for check in, which we did. Our room was not ready, even though that's the promised check in time. The lobby was packed with other families also waiting for their room. People were angry and the staff absolutely did not care. We finally got a room around 630 and the beds were clean and made, but you could tell nothing was wiped down. There were cheeto handprints on the wall and white stains on the dark couch. The room was gorgeous and had so much space, but make sure you wear socks bc I'm not sure they clean the floors. We didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms, but I'm positive the floors are not insulated in any way. We could hear EVERYTHING above us; walking, running, jumping, talking, snoring, laughing. They advertise a healthy breakfast, and while it was basic and fine for my husband and I, my kids didn't love it. There was spinach in the eggs and the sausage and bacon were both turkey and my kids didn't care for it. There was fresh fruit they ate, but it's not your standard breakfast. We planned to use the ART, but it didn't show up on time and then when it did it was full and we didn't wait for the next one. I felt that the walk was too far at about a mile, especially at night. We ubered our entire trip. The pool was really, really dirty during our stay. It's also up against a retaining wall on the interstate and it was loud. On one end of the pool (towards the front of the hotel) there was a horrible odor of gas or trapped exhaust and everyone that was over there felt sick and had to move. The pool was also freezing, but the kids didn't care. So, I really want to love Element, but we didn't have a fantastic experience. I may try it again if the price was right, bc I really did love the room.

We usually stay next-door, & tried Element this trip! We stayed here for 3 nights and we were very happy, & I booked our next stay right when we got home! It is close to the freeway and can be a little on the louder side if you're a light sleeper. Has a shuttle service that is handy. We had a kids suite, and our daughter loved enjoying a bunkbed for the first time. The staff was great! Both girls at check-in were so nice. I believe one of their names was Lafa. I made a mistake in my booking and noticed today. I called reservations, but was having a hard time getting my accident fixed, so I called and spoke to John at the hotel, and he was able to help me!

Hotel very clean staff was wonderful. Only down part was my stove didn't work but that was minor. Breakfast was nice have options for more healthy eaters which was nice. It is located in the back end of Disney way so your not in the mist of the heavy park goers.

We booked a last minute Disneyland trip and was trying to find a reasonable priced hotel within walk distance. I was able to book the Element with one night on point and paying for another night. The hotel lobby is clean and spacious. We were most impressed about the room. We received upgrade to theme park view and were pleasantly surprised by a kitchenette completed with cutleries. The room is very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. We were able to order take out food and eat a proper dinner sitting together. The walk to California adventure park is about 15 minutes and very easy to walk to. It also have a city busy however most people just walked to the park. Overall super happy with the price we paid last minute and with the cleanliness of the hotel, the complementary breakfast and the kitchenette for a family trip.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was always helpful. It is walking distance from Disneyland, around a 7 min walk. We had plenty of space in our room and the kitchen has all the supplies you need for cooking. The breakfast included is really good, they offer a large variety of food. My only complaint would be the lack room cleaning, we got our room cleaned once and we stayed there for 5 nights.

Stayed for 1 night and we are glad it was just one night. We arrived at the hotel around 3 pm and was assisted by a woman at the desk she didn't have name tag on so we didn't know her name. We were able to get a room early and that was great. Room was on the 5th floor, overlooking the parking lot and freeway, we didn't mind the view. When we walked in the room, we were surprised by the look of the room. Yes it was spacious and modern looking. But the overall apprearance was surprising. Dirty magnet do not disturb sign, beds looked like it was made in a rush, which made us think if the sheets were clean. The closet had used hangers that was in a mess. We were not impressed at all. We did check all cabinets and were surprised by the amount of cooking utensils available. Bathroom was nice, there was enough hooks and water pressure was good. There was no hand soap so we called the front desk within 10 minutes of checking in to the room. Soap was delivered after an hour of calling. Breakfast was also disappointing. Cereal, bagel and bread were available. Scrambled eggs, scrambled white eggs and quiche, there were beans, guacamole, sausage patty and tater tots. They didn't look appetizing at all so we just had bagels and orange juice. Overall, i don't recommend this hotel for now. Hopefully they get better in the future.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here......... plenty of parking spaces as we arrived (albeit I think the parking charge could be reduced a bit). Warm welcome and lobby area was nicely decorated for Halloween. The room was very spacious and clean - had a very comfortable stay. The free breakfast was also very good - it might get a bit repetitive if you stayed there for a week, but for 4 nights it did the job and fuelled us up with a decent variety. We also didnt find the walk too bad at all (2 year old child with us), and we decided on both days to walk it there and back both ways (10-15 min walk). Great stay overall and would stay here again if in the area

This hotel was actually very nice. I would have given it 5 stars except for three things. It was pretty quiet in the room, but occasionally could hear some external noise from other guests. Definitely can hear some road noise. That was not a deal breaker however because the amenities in the room were great. We had a one bedroom suite with two queen beds and a pullout sofa in the other room. Very comfy beds. Bathroom was modern and nice. Two large screen TVs in the room. Water from the kitchen tap was filtered. Really a very nice room for the price. The second criticism was charging $22 a night for parking. It’s fine, but seemed greedy. In my opinion, that should be baked into the room charge. Already the room was $380 a night. Lastly, I thought the people at the front desk were inexperienced and did not represent the hotel well. I tried to do a mobile check in using the Bonvoy App, it said I was checked in but then I never got a confirmation that the room was ready. So, I went to the front desk on arrival. The guy at the front desk checking me in had no clue, and the guy next to him jumped in and began to trash the whole mobile check in process as being useless because of the high crime rate, stating that there are people who will steal my financial information and try to gain access to my room etc and it was a security measure to have the mobile check in not work properly to force the people checking in to have to do it in person. Really? I’m coming to Disneyland and it’s a high crime area where people are targeting me? Even if true, as I am sure this is universal in tourist destinations, it’s just stupid. I’ve never had that pitched to me as a reason the mobile check in process didn’t work. If that were true wouldn’t Bonvoy just kill the app? Also wanted to mention that the breakfast every morning was really good, better than I expected. The walk to Disneyland is not bad, but also slightly long. The Courtyard Marriott theme park entrance seemed closer when we stayed there. Most days the walk was fine, but was took the bus back on our last night and that was better.

On the first night we were getting ready for bed and I folded out the fold out couch, and there was no bedding. So we looked around and the room did not have any so we called down. It took them quite a while to bring it up and basically just threw the bag of bedding at us... so I made the bed with it and went to bed. When we checked in we were told that to have the room serviced we had to call to request it. So on day 2 late afternoon/early evening we called down and requested for next day as we had used the towels and needed new ones anyway. The person I talked to said it would be cleaned between 9-12 the next day, which was perfect since we were planning to come back for a break from DL around 2-3. We got back to the room around 3 (and this day it was a torrential rain day at DL) all 4 of us were soaked to the bone and cold and they had not come to clean anything, no clean towels, nothing... so we did not have any clean or dry towels, beds were not made etc. I called down to ask why no one had come and we did not really get a reason just that they don't normally do cleanings between 9-12.... So I requested a service for the next day. Same thing happened. We got back around 3:00 Wednesday and nothing was done.... so I managed to flag down a worker in the hall. I spoke to the room maintenance supervisor and told him I was extremely disappointed and explained everything that had happened. They then agreed to clean our room immediately however we had to exit the room for 30 minutes which was annoying since we were tired from doing 7 hours on our feet at that point and wanted a rest. Even after they did clean the room, the kleenex box was still empty AND I ended up taking out the garbage from our room on my own :( The supervisor asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I said yes, however no efforts were ever made by anyone else to come talk to me. For the price we paid for the room we were pretty disappointed.

There were candy wraps, socks and other whatnots ends and odds under the bunk bed. On second day, well before cut off time we requested a full cleaning service. We left the hotel at 9AM and when we were back at 7PM it was not clean in fact no one ever showed up. We contacted the front desk hey said they were sending somebody no later than 8PM. Well we have twin toddlers (2 year old) by 8:45PM we had to put the do not disturb sign. Next day they said the room was not serviced because it had Do not disturb sign on it all day - it did not. They said they would put us for “VIP Cleaning” for next morning. We leave the hotel by 9AM again and then came back for a quick nap at 3 PM. Still nothing had been cleaned. Tried to get extra towels was pulling teeth. We left at 4PM and told front desk we really needed that service because one of the kids had a small cut in his knees and there was a bit of blood on the sheets. We came back at 9PM. This time the master bed was made but that was it but they did not change the sheets (tiny blood stains from kid knees). The bunk beds were still a mess they. They left a pile of clean sheets by the sink now filled with dirty dishes. We were so exhausted that we just went to bed. Next morning same thing. We tell them we needed cleaning service. They were defensive saying a full detailed service was done (nope candy wrappers from previous stay still there. We left for a beach day and when back late at night, guess what?! No service. At this point we gave up because we were checking out next morning. So service is bed, staff is rude. Location is good. Room is mediocre. And cleaning service is just a lie they tell you when you check in.
