No room service in 3 days stay because of Covid breakfast is good plenty of space for a busy hotel near Disneyland they charge extra money to use the pool room was ok not very clean will not come back to this one
It was very nice. Comfortable beds. Had a bathtub/shower, plus another shower also. Breakfast was a nice bonus with mickey mouse pancakes. The ART Shuttle was right out front. Also several good restaurants in their parking lot. Starbucks/Hawaiin BBQ/Fish Grill/Habit Hamburgers & Jersey Mike Sandwiches. They charged additional $30.00 day parking. Security was good. You couldn't even get on your floor or to parking garage without your key in elevator. They had a bar, slides, pool, and movies for the kids. A small market where we were able to buy ponchos for $10.00 each when it rained. Bottled water was $5.00 each. In the breakfast area was a water dispenser to fill up your own bottles. They also had a nice area with tables you could bring food in and gather in the evening near the lobby. This was convenient for our group with the bad weather. We were told they had family suites with bunk beds. Also we requested a high floor that faced Disney & we were able to see the fireworks from our room. Nice bonus. They offered a light cleaning & new towels the 3rd day, and bed linens changed after the 7th. I would stay there again. Disney was crowded even with the horrible weather. Unbelievable.…
This hotel was awful. It is set right on the street and I was kept up all night with drag racing, sirens and more from traffic. The water slides were constantly closed so the kids couldn’t play on them, the people working them kept taking hour long breaks. The kitchens are just microwaves and fridge with no utensils or dishes to use. The showers pressure is very low so it is hard to wash your hair. Also the shower heads are set way to high for little kids. The no sleep completely ruined our day at Disneyland because we were all so tired. Would not recommend at all.
Well appointed, spacious, clean room with lots of towels and sleeping space. Easy access to shopping and resteraunts and Disneyland is about a 20 minute walk. Quick $10 uber to the Honda Center. Great included breakfast (gets really busy but they stay on top of it). Pool area is nice and water is warm. Bonus you can see the Disney firework from the pool! Traveled with a family of 4 (14 and 10)
Room was comfy, and nice, breakfast had a lot of choices but quality of food not great! Bananas were green every day, and scrambled eggs were over cooked and dry. We will come back again grandkids had a blast in the pool.
Was disappointed that u had to pay 30.00 per night parking and no room service only if u stay 4 days restroom was not clean shower still had hair from previous residents Also Breakfast was a big fail they rush u while u are eating employee need re training food is cold all in general I don’t recommend will choose a different hotel
My family stayed for one night for a two day visit to Disneyland. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. We booked it as a package with tickets through Disney. It was a 20 minutes walk to Disney from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was brilliant, it even had Mickey waffles! Lots to do for the kids, movie showings and water slides. Lots of local shops and amenities. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a brilliant stay.
Visited Disneyland in Feb 2023. Booked a double queen for family of 3. Newer Construction floor plan made room smaller than anticipated. No dressers or luggage racks for suitcases to “put away” clothes for 4 night stay. Easy upgrade to double queen suite for extra $25 per night - Not always available if hotel is fully booked - Suite sleeps 6 having a hide a bed couch in main room. Decent size fridge and microwave for snacks. No dishes or utensils provided. Again - Room lacks dressers or luggage racks. All rooms have both a walk in shower and a separate bath tub and shower ???? (Chinese Architecture) Breakfast buffet had large variety of options to meet dietary needs of most. Nice breakfast area. Pool is saline and warm. Great kiddie pool and hot tub. 2 small water slides and splash pads. Putting green. 1/2 court Basketball. Ping Pong. Corn Hole etc. Free shuttle #12 Manchester Line every 30 minutes to Disneyland. Great hotel for our Disneyland vacation! We went to Disneyland between 7 AM and 2 PM each day and would swim and relax at hotel eating take out from one of the 5 restaurants available in the hotel parking lot. We would return to Disneyland at 6 pm - 10:30 pm for nighttime activities. We were able to save money on food budget to use toward purchase of Genie+ so we could move through Disneyland lines faster. I don’t like living out of suitcases on the floor but I would recommend and stay here again. Staff was great!…
After a long flight with 2 small kids Ana at check in was extremely accommodating and patient. We had some small issues with billing and Mario at the front was helpful and got it resolved quickly. We were in our beautiful suite with a firework view within a short amount of time. Great location, includes free breakfast and amazing hospitality. Loved the family amenities like the swimming pool that’s heated and the movies. We will come back here every time we come to Disney!
GREAT customer service from EDITH in the cafeteria. We were a party of six in two separate rooms and she made our breakfast a great experience. Friendly, approachable, and a nice person. The elevators were a pain as they were programmed according to your floor (i assume) which made it a guessing game as to which elevator would allow going to the floor the rest of our party was staying in.
