Awesome place- 15 min walk from gates at Disneyland. Breakfast was fabulous and loved the decor of hotel. Everything was emaculant. Parked in a garage- very well lit. Beds were very comfortable and refrigerator was in the room. Definitely highest of Hampton standards.
My family and I recently spent 3 nights at this Hampton Inn in Anaheim. The location is great, the suites are large, and the staff is professional and friendly. The only negative for us was the breakfast: bagel, cream cheese, yogurt, boiled eggs, and juice. Unfortunately, this meal was served every day that we visited, and I seriously considered deducting a star for this reason. It is my sincere hope that management at this hotel will improve this area. Families, such as myself, have come to depend on a decent, filling breakfast from the hotel chains that we know and trust and more effort could be focused in this important area. There are many choices, such as pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches or cereals and milk that could be provided. It is disappointing to have to go somewhere else due to the poor selection. As a health care provider, I fully understand the impact of the pandemic. However, guest families deserve better.…
We stayed here for my daughters Dance Nationals, and the hotel is clean modern, and rooms are spacious. Downside was location both entrances are right out of the two main streets. Also no restaurant or lounge
I was already checked in and already had a digital key. I went to front desk to inform them I had to book 2 different bookings because I decided to come a day early. When I arrived at 3:10 they told me that we're sorry but your room is not ready. I informed them I already had a digital key they said we’re sorry but you can’t go to your room. They told me they would call me back in 40 min when it was ready. I came back at 4:15 and it was ready. I also said how do I stay in the same room so I don’t have to check out for my next booking. They told me don’t worry just come to front desk and we’ll re program the same key and you can stay in the same room. The next morning I went to the front desk to get my key reprogrammed and a new parking pass. I was told I wouldn’t be able to stay in the same room since it was a suite and the next 2 days were just 2 queens. I thought all rooms were suites. The front desk told me not worry since my new room was ready. They gave me the new key so I decided to pack everything and bring it down before we headed to Disneyland. I brought all my things, all luggage’s down to the 4th floor opened the door and there were guests that were still sleeping in the room. I left the room and went back down front desk and informed them that they gave me a room with guests still sleeping in the room. They apologized and said they would then keep me in the first room. I was just lucky that the guests in the new room didn’t wake up and get mad that I was entering there room. This should never happen and its unacceptable. I know I would not be happy if someone else came into my room while I was sleeping.…
The hotel was very good. The breakfast was better on Saturday than on Friday. The shuttle to Disneyland was very convenient. The telephone communication with the hotel could not be worse. Cannot get to the front desk. Have to leave a message. Then you are routed to a call center who knows where in the world. People at the call center (run by Hilton) do not even know what property you are calling about. One person did not know what LAX was when I asked for information. Pitiful and frustrating.
They didn’t clean the room and didn’t change the sheets after I reminded them to do so. Poor housekeeping. Bed-comfortable Distance to Disney shuttle- good Breakfast-very good You need to improve on your housekeeping and linen. The towels and linen still had hair.
This hotel was amazing! All the staff was amazing and friendly. When we got to our room, it looked and felt extremely clean. It smelled brand new and was in very good condition. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. I also like how this hotel offers housekeeping as a lot of hotels are still not offering it. The only weird thing was that the shower took a very long time to heat up, almost 5 whole minutes to heat up. However the breakfast made up for it. I was very impressed with the variety of food and drinks were available for breakfast. I never seen a complementary breakfast like this one before. It was amazing and I loved how it changed every morning. It was also nice to see how the breakfast staff were constantly cleaning the breakfast area and cleaning off tables. They were very friendly as well. Like others have stated, the hotel is very close to the Toy Story lot, which is nice to just hop on the bus to Disneyland. Overall I give this hotel a 10/10! It was phenomenal and next time we come back to the area, we will definitely be staying her again!…
Great hotel with good breakfast and good service. Hotel staff was very helpful and patient answering all of my many questions. Good for going to Disney, as the parking lot to ride the Toy Story shuttle bus is just a 3 minute walk from the front door. Very clean.
Adrian was extremely helpful and very kind. His positive energy definitely made my stay more worthwhile and enjoyable. I strongly recommended this hotel to anyone and make sure to ask for Adrian if any assistance is needed. He will take care of you!
We checked in 2 nights ago and it’s been an absolute pleasure! Adrian helped up when we got in with and accommodated an early check in after a 6 hr flight! That was such a kind help and was very warm and welcoming if you’re ever in town please ask for him he’ll take good care of you!
