I had a billing issue with Marriott and after receiving assurances that I would be contacted by an area representative the following day they have failed to contact me this week. I am a member of their rewards program and I know they have my contact information as they send me spam messages daily. Their communication on this issue has been horrible. Highly disappointing treatment. When there are so many other options in the area for stays, why stay here?
Dirty, dusty, and noisy. I stayed this hotel annually, but this was the worst. Our floor was under construction. Hallway was dirty and dusty. Furthermore, a loud noise from 7:30! It was good as alarm clock. Room was without bathtub. We stayed here 4nights, but it was terrible experience. I never recommend this hotel to my friends.
We stayed at this property for 6 nights while visiting Disneyland. The location was very convenient to the park and other areas of interest. The front desk and concierge lounge staff were exceptional. Very friendly and informative. There was a few large conventions in town and they handled the crowds wonderfully. We stayed in a king room with balcony and found the room the be very spacious, clean, and bed comfortable. The ART bus line is right out front of the hotel which is very convenient to travel to the parks and around town. Shout out to the staff in the lounge. Their customer service level was the highest I have seen in quite sometime. There was an Blind and Visually Impaired Technology Conference in town and they very helpful with supporting the the lounge guests and making sure they had ample space and what they needed to be comfortable. The hotel restaurant breakfast buffet was amazing! We ate there during them weekend of our stay when the lounge was not open. Dinner did not have as many choices. We will definitely stay at this property again if we return to the area.…
My complaint was the housekeeping and the front desk. They came to my room and knocked once at 7am and opened the door to find me startled and scared that they entered so quickly and so early (unexpectedly) she apologized and left. But about 30 min later she came back and did the same exact thing. I was upset and called to the front desk who told me that the hotel was overbooked and they needed rooms cleaned asap so unless you have DND on your door- they will come early and multiple times. I was very upset that he didn’t apologize or say he’d spread with housekeeping about coming so early or only knocking once and entering. I put the DND tag on the door but couldn’t go back to sleep after the situation. So since they were soooo overbooked that they couldn’t let me sleep i decided to check out and leave early. Very disappointing. …
This property was amazing. My only complaint is that it was a busy hotel (given and expected that it is located at the convention centre). Other than that, no issues. Check in was a breeze. Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were much larger than anticipated and views were great. Very good location in terms of walking to Disneyland (only took about 12 to 15 minutes). Many food options located all over.
Don’t stay in 2023! Under construction and they won’t tell you. Major renovations going on right now and they won’t make it right if you get stuck on the floor below the remodel. It’s an older property with thin concrete construction between floors. The Westin or Hilton are much better options for the physical structure of the building. The front desk and management team were worthless in making my situation right — although the restaurant staff is 10/10 & amazing.
Stayed here in October for a business conference. Very convenient to nearby Convention Center. Room was bare- like it got forgotten to be decorated- non specific- could have been anywhere, USA. I arrived early for the conference- and even as a Marriott Loyalty member- I was given a room with a balcony facing the convention center roof-pic attached. Luckily the noise from the HVAC system provided adequate white noise to help with sleeping. My co-worker was not so lucky with a room facing front of the hotel- where all the noises carried up early morning and late night from events below in the plaza. Food at restaurant was average. Honestly, left no memorable impression for the stay- and for the rate charged- no worth the trip.
Stayed here for a sales meeting. Space was good - room was comfortable, lobby and bar/restaurants lively. Most notable was every morning at the Marketplace for coffee and some sort of breakfast. It was fast, delicious and most importantly the entire staff was friendly and efficient. It’s what I will remember most. Thank you
I had an excellent customer service experience with Jennifer A. at this hotel. She was very friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. She was very helpful with requests and questions that we had, and she made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great customer service and location The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable, overall it was a pleasant stay.
This was our second time staying at the Anaheim Marriott. We spent 8 nights over Christmas 2022 and it was a fabulous experience! The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff are amazing! We ate at the restaurant, the lounge bar, ordered pizza from the custom order pizza kiosk and took advantage of the coffee shop in the mornings (essentially a Starbucks)! The location is perfect for Disneyland (10-15 minute walk), close to CVS for picking up water and snacks. We loved our stay and I highly recommend!
