The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACSCAN). We use this hotel as a gathering hub for our. #CanceLobbyDays. It has wonderful food service for me. I eat gluten free. They do a great job with it. The space is big enough and is always clean. The rooms are wonderful and comfortable. Centrally located to lots of wonderful things to see and do in off time.

This is another review from me for the Grand Hyatt in Washington, DC. Whenever we spend a weekend in DC, this is one of my top choices for lodging. I really enjoy the ambience of this hotel. Also, it is so convenient to restaurants, museums, shopping, etc. And, most of the time you can go directly from the hotel lobby to the Metro Center subway stop (for the Red, Orange, Blue, and Silver Lines.) The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff are professional, and friendly. I like the interior rooms with the view of the expansive hotel atrium.

This is a great place to stay in DC. It is close to the White House and the Mall. It was a great venue for a conference. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and complimentary water. If traveling to DC, I would stay here again.

Staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Room is clean and inviting. Wonderful atmosphere for our conference. I have stayed here multiple times for this same conference. It is a great place to stay. The front desk staff took great care in making sure I got checked in and check out efficiently. They were polite and caring.

Hakim is a wonderful server, extremely attentive to detail and very friendly. He really made our dining experience a pleasure. Also the sushi Chefs were incredible to watch, love the open view to the kitchen to observe these artists and their incredible skills.

I stayed here once again with the American Cancer Society. Just as last year the venue and food service was impeccable. My room was well appointed, clean and comfy. Public areas were clean and well maintianed . From front door to three floors below ground and six floors above every employee was kind, professional and helpful.Three cheers to the waitstaff and food service personnel below that served 700 people with smiles and kindness and kept the food lines stocked though it all. A very special shout out to our server at the bar Hakim. In a very overworked setting ( three busloads of people descending on the bar all at the same time ) he remained unruffled,friendly and professional. Thank you Hakim for your outstanding service. I recommend a wind down drink at the bar, a pick me up at Starbucks ( withing the building) …

This was my 8th or 9th visit to the Grand Hyatt. Nice, clean rooms. Exceptional customer service. Convenient to tourist attractions, restaurants etc. Would definitely choose it for my next visit to DC!
