Fast check in. The rooms are modern and fun. Liked the hot water and coffee on our floor. Loved the room being cleaned every day- especially after a long day of sightseeing. There are extra basic room charges that increase the original good price, which is disheartening. Overall a good stay.

Great hotel with a super modern and comfortable room. Very nice adjustable bed, fancy and funny light switch. Shower is amazing. Nice restaurant downstairs (we used it only once for breakfast). You can't get a better location - just steps from the US Capitol

Not worth the money. Overpriced for a small cramped room. The walls are really thin. The light control was difficult to use. The sink had low pressure. Parking is overpriced. Location was decent. Everything was walking distance

I really enjoyed the room. The lighting was nice. I’m only taking a star because you can hear everything going on outside the room. I only had this issue in the morning, but throughout the night it was quiet.

I would say I definitely enjoyed my time at the Yotel Hotel they definitely accommodating considering I missed flight that day. From the room itself with having the options to change the lights, to the bed itself and including being to connect my phone to the TV is pretty cool. Lastly, having the breakfast, brunch to dinner options which where very diverse(could the price on some things been better yes but hopefully in time that will be worked on!)

I was a bit skeptical of this hotel, but went on recommendation of someone else who stayed there previously. I was happily surprised and would go back again. Positives: clean, room in good condition, absolutely nothing I found lacking. Kind of enjoyed the mood lighting. I was terrified upon seeing the beds reclined that they'd be uncomfortable, they were anything but. Self-service parking expensive but easy. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Negatives: coffee maker is in a common area near the elevators of each floor, which is fine, but occasionally they'd be out of creamer or the machine would need maintenance. I'd happily stay here again!

Nothing to Rave or Rant about, service could have been better, staff could have been friendlier, and hotel could be run more efficiently. I'd choose another hotel in the future. Restaurant was good, but limited menu, prices were not cheap.

The good: The hotel is a modern makeover on an old building. It is effective, centrally-located and has parking easily accessible under the structure. Rooms are tiny, but usable. Those are the highlights. Now to the areas of improvement... First, when I arrived I inquired about how the "park and play" package worked as far as getting in and out of the garage. Employees told me that in-and-out privileges were not included for the $40 per night charge, but that it would be an additional $60 per night ON TOP if I wanted in-and-out privileges. I showed them an email from the general manager Matt Sommers. another employee got on the phone with Matt, and I was given in-and-out privileges without an additional charge. I'm glad the confusion was solved, but there seems to be a stark disconnect about how in-and-out works, how much it costs, and whether it is included with Park-and-Play. Secondly, I arrived 1h10m before checkin time. Mission Control told me if I check in now, I would pay a $55 fee, but if I waited until 2:01pm, I could check in early without a charge. I came back after 2pm. They told me the room was not ready but it would be good to go in "10 to 15 minutes." I came back TWO MORE TIMES between 2pm and 3pm to be told "almost ready.. just give us about 10 minutes." Finally I gave up and got lunch and came back around 3:30 to check in, and the room was ready. The room was decent, however it should be noted that the rooms offer ZERO isolation of sound from neighboring rooms and the outside. We could hear conversations from our neighbors as if they were standing in the same room as we were. Also, sounds from the exterior of the building - including sirens and an INSANELY loud neighboring rooftop generator meant that there was very little "peace and quiet," to be had here. Finally, the heating system in the unit made a very loud clicking noise intermittently for about 5 minutes and it cycled on and off about every 15 minutes as long as the heating was active. Fortunately me and my travel mate have a high tolerance for noise and can sleep through just about anything. Finally the windows themselves seemed paper thin, with little-to-no insulating value whatsoever. Cold air creeped in easily.
