Not much to fault at this hotel in Washington DC. Room was excellent. Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are helpful and there's a nice bar in the lobby that serves very nice cocktails and food. Location is excellent being close to Union Station and Capitol Hill.

First visit to this hotel. Groupon deal made the price unbeatable. Was in DC President’s Day weekend with 3 teenagers. We arrived at around 1100 and we were able to check into our room early. Service was great whether it was bell service or bringing up extra towels. Clean

The staff was incredibly accommodating as they were transitioning over to new management the day we checked in. I was very impressed with their friendliness and attention to detail. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the Capitol Building and has a great bar/restaurant

How deep does the pool get?
It was too cold and raining while I was there. I would advise you call the hotel or check the website for the answer.

Alyse, Thank you for your question. The work that was occurring for a week was demo related to the replacement of our rooftop pool. That work has been completed. There will be work going on to install plumbing and replace the shell however all of the noisy work has been completed. We don't anticipate any disruption for the balance of the project. Thank you.
