The place was nice snd clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. What we liked the most was the massages at the hotel SPA.l, which were very relaxing and we slept like babies after them. Definitely try the SPA in this hotel
Small, but cozy hotel, which offers you a lot of calmness. Also visited the SPA and picked out a back massage, which was very good. The room (for 2 people) is good, but had a little inconvenience - the AC: it's located near the door and the cold air barely reaches the bed. Besides that, the breakfast was really nice and the 3 course dinner (bought seperately) was absolutely amazing.
The standard room was small, economy class. The doors to the bathroom could not close. The furniture at the reception worned out. The worst thing - the dinner that we received as a bonus to this two days stay at the hotel. If you want to taste the worst dinner in your life - that's the right place. We also noticed that it is the place where various workers stay. So, keep it in mind when choosing the hotel in Druskininkai.
Hotel in good location with nice view from your balcony (if you have suite room). We received comp upgrade that made out stay more pleasant however there's so many small things that needs improvement to make this hotel superb. Bed was comfy and large unfortunately pillows are so soft and fluffy that I felt like sleeping on the hill I had to use sofa cushions so I can have good night sleep. Our bathrobes were with halls and looked a bit tired. Rubbish bin was full from previous guest and we're missing coffee sachets. Worst of all was that instead of dinner we have received lunch (we used voucher for our stay). Lady that has served us was very strict and we been told to come for food 4pm as lunch is served till 5pm and she's already has booking for this time. We felt like it's army or something similar to it as you don't have choice you have to do what she said! We have received menu only for drink order but not food she said we have included 2 course menu and after ordering drinks she started to bring food that we haven't ordered or even chosed what we want to have! So we end up of eating something that we have no clue what it is. I think that's very sad and ridiculous as there's so many people with allergies and food preferences and you can be actually poisoned without even knowing it.…
It is clean, cheap hotel near the city center with good breakfast. No more positive things... Bed was terrible, it was super soft, so I felt pain after night in my back. There was no air conditioning in our room, so we was sleeping with the open window and listening dogs barking all night. They are living across the street. One of 4 towels was crumbled. Remote control from TV was not working.
A very compact 3-star hotel, relatively low priced. Pleasantly clear rooms and bathroom. Quiet. Free parking on the street at the hotel entrance. If you like heavy breakfasts and value fresh food - this is definitely a hotel of your choice. Myself and other guests would spend 1 hour of "breakfast tasting". To remark as exceptional - the freshness and taste of pastry, excellent coffee, and - absolutely extraordinary - the steamed warm vegetables were actually tasty!!! In any other hotel cooked cauliflower is barely eatable, while in this hotel my kids would go for a second round on vegetables! More than affordable lunch in the hotel restaurant (4 Euro for 2 courses), but food quality is good, especially enjoyed soups. Kids were happy with the food , too, which is a rare case. Location is good - next door to outstanding recreational park, where there are recreation facilities for adults (summer time sauna complex), and kids - swings etc. It was a great overall experience.…
Comfortable bed, nice room, warm restaurant and so friendly restaurant waitress. We had a grupinis deal for dinner and breakfast, all was good. Dinner tasty and looking nice and breakfast you can eat as much as you like. Our stay was lovely. Thank you.
The hotel is quiet, cleen, bed was very comfortable, we slept wery good, good location. The hotel staff was very nice, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was quite poor, but tasty. Took of a long hair from butter plate. Ofcourse everything happends and that wasn't the worsest thing. Mostly what didn't liked is masagge service that we ordered after breakfast. In the reception we were informed that "Neck line and back massage for 30 min" we'll have to pay 10euros, but after massage i was told 15euros, the same it was for my friend. Later I understood that was screwed when i saw a priced catalogue of massages in the reception. Be very sure every time for what are you paying and what buying.
Good: Cheap and good looking. Plenty of parking space. Bad: Somewhat far from main attractions of the city and breakfast reminds of hospital food. Terrible: hotel was cold even during autumn months and our double bed was just two single beds pushed together with hudge gap in between.
Cannot say anything really bad about this hotel. Maybe breakfast was not that great as you usually get and that's about it. On the other hand cannot say anything really good about it as well. Calm place, 15 minutes away from the center by foot, clean rooms. So nothing special, but nothing who might go terribly wrong as well. Average hotel as it should be.
