First time we entered the room it wasn't cleaned at all. We informed reception about this. Second time we entered the room we saw it was somewhat cleaned but the bed wasn't made, the glass was still filthy. We informed reception once again to take care of the room. Third time we entered the room it was still the same. I took the bathrobe and it was still wet from previous guests. We couldn't go to saunas and pools with those bathrobes of course. Evening ruined. It wasn't worth the money we paid and noone care to listen what we have been asking for several times.
We stayed in a bigger room on the 2nd floor with air conditioner and were really satisfied with the room and facilities. However hotel is advertising a lot that it is great for families but they do not meet this expectation. For instance, during breakfast there were never enough baby feeding chairs (and we were there Mon-Thur), I’ve seen only maybe 4 of them in total, not enough for all. Also a playroom by the reception is a disaster - dirty floor, a huge mess, toys unsorted (building blocks with different puzzle pieces, everything just randomly thrown into few boxes) it’s hard to understand how children supposed to play there, and also so many broken, old, dirty toys that should be replaced. We found another paid playroom by the spa but we were told it’s closed although seemed better equipped and there were price and working hours on the door so not clear why not working. I know that grand spa have their big family entertainment park “o kur cia” couple hundred meters away but it’s working only Thursday to Sunday so was not an option.. We enjoyed the aqua park and will come back but if you advertise as a family destination then be better prepared to welcome families :)…
Stayed for a romantic weekend getaway. The hotel is quite basic, with nothing to be mentioned as a unique feature. Breakfast is quite basic even for a 3star hotel, if getting to breakfast at the end of breakfast, do not expect to find a good choice (it was Saturday morning), the following day we came earlier, the choice was better, even found some desert. Regarding aqua park it is hard to call the aqua park for adults, it is great for kids, but all area is equal to a good sports club swimming pool zone with 3 different saunas, two slides, a jacuzzi, and a swimming pool. This hotel would get a 3/5 rating, but treatment procedures were amazing: professional, reasonably priced, and relaxing. Shootout to this service and if i will be back here, only for treatment procedures. ATTN: elevators are always busy, all days used staircases. if expecting to sleep late, running kids in the corridor will wake you up :)…
We got a gift certificate for a night in the hotel + spa for the two of us. The rooms are clean, have big windows with great view. We didn’t get to interact much with the stuff, but check-in/check-out procedures were pleasant and quick. Spa is small, but good for bubbling in the water for a couple of hours. There is a 5 or 6 different saunas, and the staff sets different aromatic programs (you can see schedule next to the saunas). We got to try the mint sauna, and it was amazing! There are one small slide and one bigger slide. The second one is fun, but still rather short. During breakfast there was a wide variety of food to choose from, and the cafe is big enough to accommodate the guests. Also, the hotel complex has a nice inside yard with the mineral water source. There’s an overall atmosphere of leisure with everyone walking in hotel robes, even outside : D…
The best plus of hotel is location. Center of Druskininkai. Spa center 8 of 10. But some places needs renovation. Furniture in rooms are old and already needs renovation too. In main bulding there are no balkony. Breakfast very very poor. STAFF in spa with no smiles. So real 3 stars hotel.
We visited Druskininkai last August and I trully fell in love with this town: cute, cozy, neat and friendly! We chose to stay in Hotel Lietuva, which is located right in the center if the place close to whatever you might need: forest, river, lake, attractions, shopping center. The hotel has been accommodating its guests since around 1970's and it does have a scent of the Sovet epoch around, however, nicely refurbished and well-maintained. I did not mind as I myself am a product of the 80's and I really loved this nostalgic feeling. The room that we received for 5 of us was really spacious and nice offering a fridge and an electric kettle with coffee and tea kit. The bathroom was sparkling! The spa services were outstanding, thank you all! The aquapark located in the spa area was modest, however, clean and really sufficient for the kids and also for parents who don't want any additional headache chasing for kids in the pipes. Food: good breakfasts, yet, some menu extension would be welcomed. Salads for dinner were too much mayonnaised but still there were other things to select. My bottom line will be a high recommendation to visit the place and try its hospitality. I guess we will be back next August again!…
Great place for relax and wellness. Very professional staff. Small and comfortable aqua-park with fantastic steam bath programs. Very good breakfast with a choice of high quality food. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
Not top level, but realy good and worth money. Special thanks to therapist Maksim Hieta. He showed me, how really bad is my back. After that i started treatment to recover my back. Thank's. Family room is spacy and fits for family with two kids
Very good location. Good big and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Very good restaurant on the 7th floor. Steak, fish dishes, duck amazing! We didn’t like just deserts. Tiramisu not even similar to tiramisu. Service perfect. Massage amazing!!!! Water park is good just a lot children!!! We did go after 7 in the evening then is more quiet. One big minus is the WiFi. On the website says that WiFi is free in the hotel. Yes it’s free but is very poor. We couldn’t even to open the email or to do airport check in. I would recommend it and would go back!!!!!
Not special but clean and the service is good.. for 3 star it is really good, and what you get for the price is good! Breakfast and free entrance to the spa..aqua park. Great stay and the extra service from the healt center is great! We come back..
