beautiful facilities, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was huge, everything worked great. Bathroom was very luxurious. There was literally nothing not to like it. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked direct with hotel, no deposit required, just the usual took card details to pay for bar bill etc. Try another booking agency or even better book direct.

Maybe it depends on a room class, but in my room regular bottled water was free! Spend just one night so don't know if its replenished every day, but thing so, also on they're web site it says : ...kitchenette with... More

Taxis are VERY cheap in Riga. If you've got the budget to stay at Hotel Bergs you'll certainly want to take a taxi from the airport.
