The location of the hotel is perfect - it is 10 minutes walk away from the beach and from the central street at the same time. It is surrounded with a small pine forest which scented amazingly at day and sounded relaxing and calming at night.
We did not use the SPA amenities, so I cannot say anything on that.
Due to the quite worn-out mattress in our room and the extra fees for parking, I have to take one point from the total rating.
However, should we plan another in stay in Palanga, we will probably chose this hotel again.
Much to our surprise there was real English style Fish & Chips + mussy peas on the menu.
The only problem is that the prices are much too high.
Otherwise, a real relight.
Other items on the menu are also very good - but pricey.
Our room didn't look like 5 star at all, more like 3-4. Especially bathroom was poorly done, very cheap materials used. But everything was very clean.
The biggest disappointment was SPA, we chose this hotel pure because it has a beautiful SPA area and it is beautiful indeed just you cannot enjoy because they allow small CHILDREN, all day we felt like we are in water amusement park, not in a 5 star hotel SPA...
An advice for the hotel management is to advertise it clearly as a hotel for families not as a luxury SPA hotel.
First of all, bad sound isolation - if somebody is staying in a room next to you, you’ll hear everything.
The water in the shower was not going down the drain properly, therefore you had to regularly turn the water off while showering in order to not flood the bathroom.
Also, the bedding is not hypoallergenic - filled with feathers, which triggered my allergies that I didn’t even know I had. So beware if you’re allergic.
Breakfast choices are quite limited, especially if you don’t eat meat.
Also, an extra of 30€ per night for parking sounds quite ridiculous considering the price you pay for the stay.
The location is great, the design and interior is very stylish and unique. SPA area is nice, however a little weirdly organised.
To sum up, not a bad experience, however nothing special and quite a few disappointments for the price paid.
Probably would look for a different place next time.
An excellent menu of treatments as well as fabulous menu at the restaurant which has a buffet breakfast that rivals our other EU favorites
Unpleasant derty matress.
Not changing bedding every-day.
Living unwashed glasses after cleaning.
Breakfast very poor.
We, find out that can get around in palanga better hotels and much cheaper.
I am sure not to come again.
