We all have had favorite hotel experiences throughout the world, but for me, my stay at the Aria in Budapest surpasses all of them.....it was the best!!! I attribute that observation to the fact that I believe "happy employees are good employees"; and my personal experience with the employees at Aria is that they are happy and they all perform their responsibilities well. My positive experience began even before I arrived there.....Mr Kornel advised me and arranged so much in advance of my arrival there, that everything occurred so smoothly (except for the part AirFrance played in the experience).....he made all the pieces fit together so smoothly. The Aria reminds me of a painting by Henri Matisse......by itself, some of the pieces seem odd, but when they are all brought together, how pleasant to the eye and magnificent to the senses. All of the hotel staff were courteous, and knowledgable, and simply pleasant to be around.....they make you feel as though you are part of their family. My room was constantly spotless and well appointed.....it was a joy to stay there in peace and tranquility. I could hug each person employed there, and thank them individually for the courtesies they displayed to me. Everything about my stay at the Aria was "just right", and I congratulate all of the employees and management.....thank you.…
I don’t post many reviews but this hotel and the staff deserve the credit for an amazing stay. If you want a great hotel and top class experience stay here. Without hesitation I would stay here again and the food, sky bar, spa and hospitality was excellent. Thank you for my first trip away after 964 days at home, Aria you was great.
the most breath-taking hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are capacious with a shower and tub, coffee machine and balcony. The service was out-of-this-world and i cant even begin to explain the decorations. It is so creative! each room is themed musically and the intricate detail of it is simply fascinating. i would highly recommend to anyone looking for an adventure in a captivating surrounding
We spent on overnight at Aria prior to a Viking cruise. What a fabulous way to begin a vacation! The staff bent over backwards to accommodate any requests we had. Our flight arrived hours before check- in, and they gladly kept our bags for us while we wandered around town. I cannot say why, but our rooms were upgraded and fabulous. Huge! We were given complimentary massages. Nothing could have been more welcome! Their in-house spa was so tranquil. Perfect for weary travelers. The restaurant they suggested was delightful. In the morning we were greeted by classical music being played in the common area on their uniquely designed piano. The included breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. I run out of words describing what a memorable experience we had at Aria. I must reiterate, every single member of the staff went the extra mile to make our stay perfect!…
Location and staff, staff and staff. If you want to be wonderfully looked after then this is the place to go. Everyone has clearly heard about the Sky Note bar, but staying at the hotel is much more special.
