The location is great, but it was packed with tourist groups (granted, it was the summer). This makes breakfast crowded, the lobby crowded, and the elevators crazy to get in/out after waiting for one with space to finally stop on your floor. The staff was...More

The location is reasonable and easy to get around, close to the city center. However, the hotel is huge and extremely busy and this affects customer service in general. The room was dirty and a little noisy.More

Lovely hotel, very central. Upgraded to privilege which includes breakfast and evening snacks with drinks. Haven’t used the pool as there are many spa’s in Budapest. Room is bug with a fabulous shower. Comfortable beds and extra touches like bottled water in the room.
