This was perfect weekend in Hotel Klass. I was there with my girlfriend, we had great apartment with large room, kitchen and TV. Food, atmosphere and sauna were also great, but the best of all was personal (Andrej :), who was great company during the whole weekend! :D

Spent a weekend in Suite Hotel Klass. Spacious and comfortable rooms, big bathroom, comfortable bed, big tv in living room, kitchenette is big enough to prepare lunch/dinner or breakfast. Anyway, breakfast is delicious downstairs at the restaurant. Wide selection of everything; bread, cereals, jam, salami, cheese, fruits, eggs, milk, coffee.... There is free wifi and parking lot in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly, Biba was like a mother taking care of us :) Highly recommended.

This hotel I mean suites is an excellent place to stay. It's simply perfect! It is just the right accommodations for all travelers. There is plenty of parking. The suite is very clean, cozy, comfortable and spacious. The perfect size. And a big "thank you" to the staff. May you continue to keep the great standards. We look forward to returning! And, we will definitely share this excellent place info and location with friends and family!

We arrived at this hotel after a day of travelling across Hungary, Croatia and exploring Ljubljana. Location-wise, it doesn't get much better in Slovenia. Kranjska Gora is located at the foot of a cluster of very high mountains and is a small village that seemingly caters for Ski Season. Visiting in June, you're there at very much their quiet season.

On arrival we were met by locked doors, lights off and a poster on the door with a phone-number to call regarding reservations. Fearing the worst I called the number. Three times. Nobody answered. Around 45 mins into our hunt for another hotel for the night we receive a call from a lady who says she had to close because she had to take her daughter to school for an appointment (we arrived at about 7pm).

We get back to the hotel and are met by a guy in shorts and t-shirt (no uniform) who lets us in (whilst chatting on his mobile), takes our passports (which he forgets to give back) and shows us to our room. It's explained that the main doors are locked (at all times) and we have access to the "service entrance". We ask about breakfast and we're told they will come and serve this at our chosen time. The guy promptly leaves after giving me a map with some local restaurants on it, and we're on our own.

The hotel facilities themselves are well decorated and the rooms are modern enough. Unfortunately, in our room there was a power socket hanging off the wall exposing wires and maybe 100 ants walking along the floor next to the bed. Additionally, the TV didn't work and the pillows were 2" thick, with just one provided for each person. All of these problems were exacerbated by the fact that the only staff in the hotel had just locked up and gone and the phone number was locked in a room we couldn't get to!

So we went out for dinner, came back and sat in silence and went to sleep. AC worked fine (if a little noisy) and the shower was excellent (if a little small, forget washing your legs or feet, and if you drop the soap, you'll need to get out of the shower to retrieve it!).

Breakfast in the morning was 7.50e each, this wasn't explained at check-in and we had assumed it was included (with the room definitely not being worth the 85e we had paid). The choice was fairly good and we left feeling satisfied with what we'd eaten.

I just feel that if you're going to call your business a HOTEL it should be this, and not a guest-house where the building is unstaffed. No fridges or tea and coffee facilities in the room meant that you couldn't get a drink from the HOTEL during our stay. My wife had no-where to keep her medication chilled because there was no-one there. When there's no staff, and no facilities, no TV and a bed with bedding that is insufficient, you feel you're paying a lot for very little.

As I said, if this were called the Suite Guesthouse Klass, it would be OK. It is called Suite Hotel Klass, and this is the worst hotel I've stayed in anywhere in the world.

Stayed there one night and it was great. The area is clean and safe. Rooms are big, clean, nicely equipped and the beds very comfortable. Stuff is very nice and helpful. The best part in the morning was the delicious breakfast with the amazing view on the mountains. Can't wait to go there again!

Stayed there over the weekend and it was a fantastic experience. Although it was low season and not really much to do around because of rainy weather I still enjoyed it. Big thanks goes to Biba from hotel, who was extremely friendly and always happy to help and helped us out with tips what to do around.

On top of that our room was spacious, warm with some 40"+ tv in the living room, which is great for a movie night if you don't feel like sleeping.

Cherry on top was the breakfast, which was very rich despite the fact that hotel was almost empty, so they put a lot of effort even if there's just a few guests to serve.

All in all would definitely recommend Klass.

This is a nice hotel with apartments. The hotel offers privacy and comfort. The apartment has clean utensils and accessories for cooking. Supermarket Mercator is less than 5 minutes away (by foot). The hotel prepared a good buffet breakfast every morning. The hotel offers a dry Finnish sauna. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you want peace and independence, this is a good hotel for you.

We were here for 3 days in the end of December 2014. Hotel is very nice, modern and clean. We were staying in Apartment. There was a lot of space with everything you need for holidays – nice kitchen, big bedroom and bathroom. Stuff was very friendly and had an answer to every question. :) Another good thing is that the hotel is placed near city center of Kranjska Gora, within 10 min of normal to slow walk.
There is big parking place and good Wi-Fi connection.

We were staying in Klass Hotel for a few days through a new year 2014/15.
When we came, we had no problem with parking. Although it was snowing, parking was cleaned and ready to park our cars.
Then, the receptionist was very happy when we came, he advised us what we can do while staying there, he showed us our room, sauna...
Our room was very clean, spaceful and beautiful. There wa
