Rooms were clean, fresh towels and a small shampoo was waiting for every guest. Each day the room service provided you with two small bottles of their local mineral water. The breakfast was diverse and plentyfull, it was served at decent hours. The service was great, the WIFI reception was decent and the TV had NETFLIX installed on it :). The only complaint would be the lack of AC and a noisy road outside the window.

I stayed here with a bunch of friends whilst competing in a sporting competition in the local area. We actually found the hotel on Booking.com and I'm so glad we decided to book here. We do come with a lot of problems for hotels: mountain bikes, dirty shoes, etc. The owners were so friendly it was amazing. No issues at all from them and our bikes. We could not have been made to feel at home more. The owners are Ahua and and wife team who are originally from Gdansk and have been the owners for the past 10 years or so. I actually had to leave very early in the morning, before 3am, to catch my flight and the husband was up to ensure the gate was open. Location wise the area is beautiful. The town has a very long history with its Spa and Health Resorts. Lots to do and see. I would definitely recommend Villa Tilia to anyone.

Very good located hotel with big free parking and good breakfast. Room was clean, cozy and heating worked fine. Bathroom was clean and big. I did not use wifi. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Hotel is perfectly located nearby promenade and few good restaurants. Only one bat thing for someone lift entrances are on landing.

A good hotel in the touristic centre of Polanice Zdroj. Staff is not that friendly but the breakfast and the rooms are okay. It's quite a big hotel so don't expect a cosy tiny hotel. It's located near to the main street.

The 5-day-stay in Villa Tilia was rather unpleasant, mostly because of the rude owner, below some more insights into our stay. The rooms are overheated and noisy. You can hear all the people around through the walls. The mattresses are very soft. You book double bed but you receive two twins with 20 centimeters desk between them. The rooms are big but not designed in a useful way. There is a wardrobe, but no one goes to the mountains with a number of jackets. No shelves to put your clothes. In the wardrobe just 3 hangers. Just one hanger in bathroom, while this is a room for 3 people. The breakfast is fresh but boring from the second day. Not enough food if you do not come early enough. You need to ask the staff to bring bread, cheese, tomatoes, everything, as there is very little of them and they are not able to serve so many people. There is an elevator, but you could use it from the first floor :) It goes to zero, but they block the usage of it with laundry. They say it will be taken away next day, but when we ask again we hear, that they will not change the process. The elevator was unusable through the 5 days we stayed there, carrying our baby and pushchair up and down (needed in the room for feeding). In the afternoon you do not have a place to talk outside of the room, when your children sleep. The owner does not allow to go to the dining room. There are a couple of armchairs at the reception, but before you sit and say a word there, the owner says ”you have to be quiet here as people complain”. We might be unpleasant guests at reception, as the staff usually sits and drinks beers there, what we might be interrupting. The owner is rude and unpleasant. On one of the afternoons we asked if the room will be cleaned. The trash bins would be enough, as we had there some diapers. The answer was "we have many guests so the room might have not been cleaned". That's it, no solution. You go to reception with nice mood but you return irritated with a feeling that we are there for them, not opposite. I have stayed in many places with good or poor service. What they had in common was the staff/owners that were always very pleasant. When someone is pleasant a lot of things can be fixed. But not with the “what do you want from me” attitude. On the booking.com I see now a lot of comments regarding rude owners. I should have read them before. All in all I could go there again, sleep in this not well designed room and eat that boring breakfast if only the attitude at the reception was better. The owners do not feel they are there for the customers and I do not want to stay in such a place again. I would say they have a Polish seaside-personality where the owners do not care about people, because they will have customers anyway. People in the mountains are usually much different, but in Villa Tilia you come across the exception. Want to feel like intruder? Villa Tilia is the place for you.

Stayed here for 3 nights in March. Had a beautiful quiet room on the 3rd floor. Very clean room and very spacious. Had our own cot and had masses of room to put up and leave up and still have lots of play room. Reception and owner were very friendly and nothing too much bother for them. The included breakfast was a bonus, including hot & cold food, eggs, meats, sausage, cheese, yogurt etc.... Fantastic collection of old TV, radio, gramophones etc.... Accept all major credit cards and for the price amazing. Some hotels charge 4 times Tilia's prices in the Kłodzko region basically to give you a bar and a pool! Plenty of places to drink within a minutes walk and a pool? Is it that important. Many close by too! Would very highly recommend booking this place to anyone and looking forward to returning next year.

We stayed in Villa Tillia some time ago and we are going to come back this summer with our whole family. Beautiful rooms, nice staff and pleasant surrouning. I recomend to everyone who does not like old fashioned Polish guest houses.

This was my second trip to Villa Tillia. My wife had booked us into another hotel with friends, but when we showed up, the other place was hosting two winter camps for teenagers who were running up and down the halls. Not the peaceful 4-day trip we had planned. Luckily, we remembered our great time at Villa Tillia and checked there as an alternative. We received the same room - large with an enclosed balcony that looked out over the car park (gated for security). The windows were well-insulated and we didn't hear any street noises. Under floor heating made the marble tiles better than carpeting and kept the room nice and toasty. Excellent location, about five minutes' walk from the main park and pijalnia. Breakfast was kind of standard but tasty and plentiful. Staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

No old refurbished villa, but modern, well maintained building. Large room with table where one also could eat, write, or eg work with laptop. Good beds. Fairly quiet location, yet close to promenade and spa park. Lots of stairs, but modern elevator. Large, secure parking. Not too elaborate, but pretty breakfast. CCTV. Excellent value for money. What bare room. Too small sink and no hanger in the bathroom.
