No, it's not a luxury resort hotel but it is perfect for this small city and the location does not get any better. It is clean, functional and we had a wonderful nights sleep right on the market square. You simply walk out the door and you are in the heart of Rzeszow. The only complaint was have is that the wifi was weak in our room. Otherwise, we highly recommend it. Room 307 has a beautiful view of the square and is quite large and comfortable. The breakfast is solid with excellent pastries.

Since the hotel is located right at the Market Square, there is a LOT of noise at all hours of the night and early morning. The restaurants that line the square have outdoor seating and many are open until 2am. A few short hours later, all the vendors show up for deliveries. Our room had an AC unit in it but it didn't work properly. We got the unit to blow some cold air but were unable to control the temp dial (for cooler air) or the fan speed. We left windows open for some cool air at night so the noise was unreal. Shut all but one small window at the top and still heard lots of noises. Probably should have requested a room change but we were there for only a few nights. There is a corner bar on the right side of the hotel and the sound carries down the entire alleyway. Not to mention there's a GO-GO club right across the alley from our room. So if you go, don't get any rooms on the right side of the hotel (we were on floor 2 and those were rooms 201-204). There is also a casino on the bottom floor, which has an entrance on the back side of the hotel. So not too sure that there's a quiet room on the premises. The breakfast buffet is good and was from 7-11. I did like being so close to all the interesting sites and all the restaurants. Not sure I'd chose this location again, but if so, I'd make sure to pack my earplugs and small personal fan. Parking is street parking and metered. You pay from 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am is free. The hotel has only a few select spots and they want 60 zloty (about $15 at the time) per day. We parked down the street a little and paid about $25 for our entire stay.

Spent 2 nights at the Hotel Ambasadorski and it was a comfortable stay. The front desk were very helpful and spoke perfect English. The room had 2 twin beds so it was a bit tricky to sleep the first night but still got some good rest. The wifi was strong compared to other hotels I've stayed in Rzeszow. Best part of my stay was the numerous dining options outside in the main square. And the Biedronka supermarket was a short 3 minute walk. I would come back again.

I stayed here on a trip to the lovely city of Rzeszow. We arrived quite late due to a delayed flight, but the greeting at reception was very friendly and welcoming. A good room, very clean, with great view over Rynek. Very comfortable bed. Perfect location, and at a good price. Definitely recommended.

We were passing through Rzeszow and we slept for the first time in the ambassador's hotel. The hotel staff is very kind and willing to help, breakfasts are very good and most importantly, they last until 11 so you can sleep well. We got a room with a view of the market square, which charmed us especially in the evening. room clean, bathroom spacious and well equipped. I recommend it and I will come back in the future.

After visiting many hotels over the last few years, this is the first time when there is no choice rather than to warn people from being misled as this is not a 4 star hotel. This hotel doesn't seem like it meets most of the requirements for 4 star hotels and unfortunately, we have learnt this the hard way. Yes, the location is amazing but the rooms don't look like in the pictures. I was told that there is a change of the owner what can be understandable but what should not be done is to charge people for what is seems like an average hotel. So, on our arrival the lift was not working and we were left with no help to carry our heavy luggage to the 4th floor. Nobody even asked if we need help. The lift was supposed to be working in few hours but it was broken for almost a day. How such a hotel can have only one lift? There was no bar in the hotel and also no mini bar in the room.  When we arrived in the room which we found out very quickly that the TV was not working, there was plenty of dust and to shower, we had to hold the shower as the shower head did not keep on the holder. As it was a studio that cost quite a lot of money out of few shower jets only one was working. During our first breakfast around 9 am most of the food was already gone and not replaced and the room was freezing cold because of the air conditioning. When we went to have a second breakfast a coffee machine was not working. I asked if someone can make me a coffee but the answer was no. We heard few people complaining about the lack of coffee and the food was the same every day. How does a 4-star hotel can have only one coffee machine and its staff is not willing to solve a problem and bring a coffee from the nearest coffee shop which is a part of the hotel? I think we were overcharged for our room with all the lack of facilities and care. The hotel looks more like a building site rather than like a problem hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a Studio Room overlooking the lovely town square. The room had a large entry hall into a large bedroom with sofa, armchairs, table, cupboards, a desk and a TV and a fridge and safe. There was bottled water provided every day. The bathroom was also large with a walk in shower and bath, bidet, sink, toilet, hairdryer and usual toiletries. The hotel was exceptionally clean everywhere and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast (which was included in our price) was a large buffet with the usual cereals, bread as well as hot food and salads. We were helped by Kasia who spoke excellent English. The position immediately on the town square meant we could walk around Rzeszów at any time of the day or night and were surrounded by many cafes, restaurants and bars. Mariola checked us out of the hotel and was delightful. We will certainly return to this hotel.

Just happened to arrive in this town and noticed the wonderful location, so booked a room for a night. I have no complaints. The staff were most helpful. They really went the extra mile to be helpful. Parking is available and the breakfast was excellent. The cost was reasonable for the prime location. This town is very lively. No complaints and congrats to the lovely staff. I would recommend this hotel for cleanilness, location, cost and accommodating staff.

Don't have anything to complain about - everything was clean, and the breakfast was good (btw, good coffee machine!). Plus location is really nice. But for this price, I expect something extra. Also the interior design is terrible - why so many hotels try this pseudo-luxurious look? If you go cheap on that (and most of those hotels do), rather than impressive, it looks pathetic.
