Good points - spacious room, comfy bed, view over the square, quiet Poor points - terrible welcome, booked as a package but no record of booking for quite some time. And no apology. Breakfast - adequate but nothing labelled and a generic statement about allergies propped up on the counter. Bathroom - first morning had accident slipping in bathroom, which resulted in sprained wrist and torn ligaments - confined when home. Getting out bath, nothing to hold to, went flying and then even more so as bath mat not rubbered backed and went flying on polished floor. Realised cause of this is the bottom of the bath is deceptively a lot higher than the floor of the bathroom. Went to reception to get help, no concern shown at all, none in the slightest despite the pain I was obviously in. Went back down for ice, eventually got from bar, asked receptionist for something to put it in to wrap round wrist. Gave me a bin bag. I went back down and asked again if they had first aid kit and had to ask for something from there. Again no concern at all. - see photos. Didn’t have a bath or shower for the rest of the stay (usually every day) as getting out the bath with now one hand was going to be impossible. X ray when home resulted in need to wear a splint and couldn’t use hand properly for several weeks. Also the towel heater is in the bath - surely not safe, and the shower is so low even for a shorter person. And in the corridor - water leaks from ceilings with buckets - electric wires nearby

Perfect location right in the city center. There was also a holiday market right in front of the hotel. And close to metro systems. The prague main train station and the old town Square is also at 10 minute walk. Keep in mind TAX/VAT will be charged per person per night.

- if advertised as a two star, I would have given it a two rating, but it is simply not passable as a four star - old mattress with springs sticking out - high bathtub that requires acrobatics for getting in and out - beware, not suitable for mobility-impaired people - false photos show a shower which you won't get - towel drying rack in tub - shower wand at shoulder height due to raised tub floor - empty minibar - broken latch in the window meant it was leaking cold air in - no soundproofing for window or floors, noisy late at night, can hear neighbors - mediocre breakfast: canister coffee, mostly water for juice, no toaster for bread. Some good things: fresh fruit and veggies. - bad eggs served for breakfast - mine smelled bad and my friend's gave him a bad stomach ache - positive things: elevator, hot shower, warm blankets

The hotel is in a fantastic location. I'd rate as a 2 star possibly 3. The breakfast was very very basic. Coffee out of a canister etc. Extremely limited choice with hardly any signage to say what items were. The breakfast room was I think an old meeting room, no windows and very dated. We had a bathroom which was a wet room. The plug hole of the shower made a gurgling noise throughout the day and night, which made the bathroom smell really strongly of sewage and dirty water. Not nice at all. Throughout our 3 night stay, the building next to the hotel had builders in it. From 8.15 in the morning through to gone 19.00 at night was constant drilling and banging, hammering etc. It did really get to you, especially when you had come away for a nice rest. Reception response was that they also had to put up with the noise all day too!

Recently stayed here for two nights. Perfect location. Basic but clean hotel, I'd read the reviews before going and was a little worried, but we had no complaints. Breakfasts were ok, but these were an added bonus as we weren't aware breakfast was included. We ate at the Triton restaurant which was amazing. Would definitely stay again due to location. We also used the bistro attached to the hotel for a couple of wines, he doesn't like you using card, wants cash even though we said we didn't have any cash.

Having just returned from three nights in Prague, I would definitely recommend the Adria Hotel. Its location, in Wenceslas Square, is so convenient for walking to the various sights in Prague, or for people watching from one of the many cafes! The rooms at Adria are spacious, very comfortable and quiet. Despite facing the street, I was not disturbed by noise. The bathroom is also spacious; good quality toiletries provided too. The buffet breakfast is fine; plenty of choice and very good coffee. I would also recommend the Triton Restaurant. I had a delicious dinner there after a long day's sightseeing. Distinctive decor, attentive staff and very tasty food- including vegetarian choices. The only addition I would have liked is a hospitality tray in the room. There is a fridge, which is useful for bottled water etc. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

This is a 3 star hotel ,great location. The restaurant staff need training ,we had to tell them that items for breakfast had run out they didn't clean the table ,just swept bits onto the floor. Our bedroom was next to the cleaner office. The cleaning staff were noisy, started at 7am and woke us up. Our room was spotless, reception staff were very good. Internet was good in our room.

This was a very nice small hotel. It is located on the best shopping street and yet it is peaceful and you can walk to the old town and all of its attractions easily. The room was quiet and was cleaned every day. A/C worked and was adjustable, though a bit noisy. We asked for separate beds and got them. The staff was polite and friendly. It was never too crowded at breakfast and breakfast options were good. Beds were ok but there was only one not too comfortable pillow. Pros - Excellent location - Peaceful Cons - A/C could use renewing - The beds need more pillows to choose from
