your big probiem is the recepcion only one person work and we wait to much time with the litle childrens and olso the big child you must to change this.if you know when the visitor come you must to be ready with the key. the food isnt 5 start ' sorry ' and pay for water? water is the pricipal for the people!! in the pool must be free water like in the other country this is wrong think about this you are 5 stars. the room was very good . from Israel . we was 15 people family

It's really a 5 star hotel. Kids are very welcome. Service, stuff, breakfast (also gluten free bread etc.), pools and beach are all high standard quality. Location is perfect for snorkeling and by bus there is only 10 min to the Aya Napa city center (2 adults + 2 kids = 4,50 eur) and taxi is also good option (10-12 eur). There is very good restaurants near the hotel which serve also gluten free food. Junior suite was ok, but there was only two sockets (should have more for 4 persons phones).

Awful service for 4 star hotel. Deserves 1 start only. Super slow receptionists . You pay full amount and they decide to check you in any time they want. Also charge of 300 eur shouldn’t apply to locals, they make mistakes on their own rules. The only good thing is location

Spent an unforgettable holiday at Adams Beach Hotel. Quiet, secluded private beach, crystal clear water, beautiful pools for all ages and needs, heavenly spa, delicious, huge buffets offering great variety, beautiful and spacious rooms. Can't find any faults and am definitely coming back. Sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking and balconies/beach offer amazing views.

We returned to Adams Beach to celebrate a big wedding anniversary. We booked one of the new Elegance Sea View rooms which was great, very hi-tech and a huge improvement on the old Classic rooms. The staff, including the management were friendly and welcoming as usual. We booked bed and breakfast as we like to eat out at different restaurants in the evening, but we did have a lovely meal one night in the Vala Beach Club. We visited the Coral Spa which was also lovely and the treatments were superb. On our actual anniversary we returned from the beach to find a card, a cake and a bottle of bubby from the hotel. The Guest Relations Team, especially Christina are brilliant.

Very modern room with a beach view, love the touch screen lighting options, superking bed which was pure comfort, sufficient storage and generous amount of plug sockets. The pool facilities are excellent and very clean except the whirlpool could do with an update, didn't use it as people seemed to be drinking in it all day and didn't leave for toilet breaks. All the other pools are immaculate and the towels are super clean, (which goes a long way with us after having a bad experience in a 5* hotel in Mexico last year for our honeymoon which had dirty pools and bad smelling towels) so this holiday made up for it. Has its own private beach and as Nissi beach gets extremely busy it is ideal for some personal space! Service from the staff was friendly and helpful, they work tirelessly to meet the needs of their guests, the dining area although clean and well organised could do with more food choices for breakfast, not much fruit choices available. Loved the piano bar for cooling off after a day in the sun. The housekeepers are lovely and again work very hard to clean the rooms. The restaurant and bar prices are quite high, however the the overall experience was amazing and we didn't want to leave. Well done to Team Adams you gave us an amazing holiday.…

Wonderful resort. Our family had an amazing holiday here. The room was great. The pools are fun and the beach is beautiful. Staff were lovely and not in your face. The buffet breakfast was good. The food and drinks are a little expensive but to be expected at a hotel/resort.

It seems to me the best location on the coast. Near the famous Nissi beach. A large green area with several swimming pools and restaurants. The rooms offer a wonderful view! Excellent choice of dishes for breakfast and dinner. We did not regret choosing a hotel at all!

Amazing five star hotel, we had a lovely modern room then spotted the swim up pools rooms , asked to be moved as it was adults only , the lovely manger Katherina made it happen ( extra cost of course). But this made our holiday the rooms were bigger and loved the pool. Then the breakfast in the adults only part omg everything was perfect even champagne for breakfast, perfect eggs everyday but our mornings were made lovely by the amazing staff in particular Cleo, he made us welcome every morning couldnt do enough for us. We will be returning to see Cleo, we left as friends. Then the sushi bar by day amazing staff, best sushi we have ever had. Freshly cooked to die for. Demitris the main man there , funny guy loved his chats. Also loved Andreas in the restaurant, nicest bloke we met so friendly and welcoming. Everywhere cleaned spotless every day, the cleaners worked so hard with a smile. We will be back next year in particular to see Cleo and hopefully when the glassroof restaurant is open , that will be amazing. Thank you to all the staff who made our holiday not forgetting George in the piano bar lovely man and Michael who moved our cases about. How anyone could fault this hotel is beyond me , beats any hotel we have stayed at and good value for money. Miss you all see you next year…
