Stayed with friends and this hotel is fabulous. From checking in to leaving. June the Manager gave us the warmest welcome as she remembered us from previous visits 2 years ago which was lovely. Mark on reception had an amazing sense of humour and will do well in his New Role in reception you definitely have the charm ❤️ Tanya in the restaurant was amazing and very friendly and helpful When making food choices for my hubby who has egg allergy, as was Becky at breakfast. I would also like to mention Iksa thank you for a lovely clean room. If you require fresh towels, bedding, teas coffee etc you only have to ask and all staff are happy to help. Same if you need your room cleaned you only have to ask some guests need to realise we are still in a COVID pandemic .
I recently stayed at this site and I would like to say what a pleasant experience it was. From checking in with the staff at the reception to the rooms being warm, welcoming and clean. Nothing seemed an issue with the staff. They were more then accommodating to help. Tea/coffee facilities available in the rooms. I would recommend this hotel.
Very clean and maintained premises. Comfy bed but we would but love to see a superking size bed, or at least as an option when booking. Excellent customer services from the staff. Breakfast buffet had a very large selection and was very good overall except the bacon was very chewy, belive this is down to being left under the heat lamps and it dries out very quickly. Not sure what to suggest to prevent this though.
Stayed in a Premier Inn on numerous occasions. Never had any problems before but this time we had a major problem with a sloping bed. Had a very uncomfortable night trying not to roll into the middle of the bed all night. I know this was just an oversight. Reported to reception who were very apologetic.
Stay at premium inn Catterick garrison the room was good by veronika Staff was very friendly Would not go to Hungry Horse next door to it Very poor Normally go to hungry horses This one was very poor.
Needed accessible accommodation and this was perfect close to family and local amenities easy access to North Yorkshire Moors and a lot of places to explore reasonably good value but more expensive than our last stay
Room had no aircon nor did the extract fan work in the bathroom every thing in the room was dripping with water after we had showers. The evening food was cold the salad was over a day old and the colslaw was at least 3 days old avoid it at all cost
A few days before our trip I spoke to Brittany, the manager, to ask for our usual room and for two single duvets instead of a double. She assured me that there would be no problem with my request. And thus it was. From the moment of our arrival to our final day, Brittany and those of her team that we met - Abbie and Danny - treated us as old friends rather than just customers. Everything and anything was available to us with a smile. Our room was spotless and comfortable. This is why we keep coming back to Catterick Garrison and staying in Premier Inns country-wide. We had a great break and the CG team was a big part of that
It's a Premier Inn. You know what to expect. Can't really say much more. Danny on reception was great. The best tip I can give you is......on checking in you will be told about a dinner and breakfast promotion at the adjoining Brewers Fayre. You will probably be tired after travelling so you will take it. If you are spending your own money, DON'T. Much cheaper to go next door to The Foxglove. It is a Hungry Horse place, so just as grim as the Brewers Fayre, but miles cheaper. Other than that, not much to say
