Room was lovely however horrendous nightclub literally downstairs is ridiculously open til like 4am! Our ‘family room’ was right above it. There’s no escape. They really need to warm people prior to booking as it’s very expensive a night!!

Yes there is a lift. We stayed at The George Hotel last December and our room was very quiet. There was a Christmas Party in a function room, but we heard no noise whatsoever in our room. I would highly recommend the George. The staff are very friendly so I would recommend contacting them beforehand to let them know your requirements. Have a lovely time.
