Booked 3 rooms, took nearly 1 hour to check in as they has a trainee doing the "Priority" bookings. Foyer was under construction. I had a person with mobility issues, and they were booked in a room on the first floor with NO ramp access. I asked for this to be resolved, however

The hotel is easy to find after driving from Bicheno Pleasent welcome from reception staff..Was given a very very nice recently refurbished ground floor room which was very roomy and quiet.Breakfast was ok not a lot of choice. Really large carpark (free).Easy walk into town

The hotel is dated but spotlessly clean with a very comfy bed! It is clearly stated that the hotel is in a refurbishing phase. For the money it was great location, heaps of parking and quiet. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was great!
