We had the pleasure to stay 2 nights in Hazels B&B. The hosts took really good care of us, with helpful information and an amazing breakfast! The room was perfect and we had a private separate bathroom that was really big. We recommend it so much!

Sandy and Brent have a real treasure at Hazel House. It's a wonderful Victorian B&B, centrally located and easily accessible to all of Dunedin. Enjoyed my breakfasts in the dining room. Nice books on different areas of interest. Sandy and Brent were very helpful in giving us ideas for touring, dining and activities we would enjoy.

Spent 2 nights at Hazel House. Sandy and Brent couldn’t do more for us... we were on a long tour, so being able to do a load of washing was great. Tea and cookies each afternoon were a nice touch. Breakfast was nice, plenty of fruit followed by good quality bacon and eggs.. Easy to park and drive into town, though we preferred the walk to St Clair’s beach.

This was our second time to stay in the Hazel House, this time for four nights! It is still a jewel in Dunedin. By car not far away from the city centre, very convenient to Tunnel Beach track and to many beaches, the old villa is very charming. Brent and Sandy are wonderful hosts, they really care about their guests. Everything is clean and tidy. This was one of the few places I could even try a bubble bath in a big tub. The bed in the room was one of the best we had in New Zealand. Sitting in the guest lobby in the morning, the view out of the windows is so beautiful! You will definitely enjoy it here.

We had a lovely couple of nights at Hazel House. We were made to feel very welcome by Sandy and Brent, offered drinks and cookies on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely room and huge private bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. Fabulous breakfast, with fresh fruit, cereals, croissant, toast as well as the offer of a cooked breakfast! Great hosts, great house, great stay. Thank you.

We stayed in this beautiful house for two nights during our visit to Dunedin. Brent and Sandy were great hosts who looked after us very well. On arrival we were met by Brent who welcomed us and Sandy produced us cups of tea with cookies. Our on suite room was delightful although we had the choice on the king size bed. Breakfasts were simply delicious with no attention to detail spared. We had the use of their beautiful lounge and even had wine as a complimentary bonus🤗. We had some interesting discussions with the hosts on all subjects. I would recommend this B&B to anyone wishing to stay in Dunedin.

Thanks Eva Lovely to hear that you enjoyed your stay here so much. We'd love to have you stay again! Yes we love this large, gracious villa, with large rooms topped by that stunning guests lounge. The Autumn colours are almost at an end, and leaves are everywhere. Dunedin has had over 1,500 visitors staying for the Trendz Conference, 1,500 tourism folk enjoying our beautiful city. Thank you again for your kind words. Greatly appreciated. Warm regards Sandy & Brent
