This is my second visit to the Windsor. The first was 6 years ago and I was still in the records. The hotel is from a period in Australia's history when good service and your experience was the main considerations of an upper class hotel....More

Good location, and excellent service, until I received bill (by email) and realised that I had been charged an excessive credit card (Amex) fee, which I would have avoided if it had been explained at Registration.

Fabulous turn-of-the-century Hotel. A 5 star experience from the porters to reception to the waiters and of course the room/suite. High ceilings, grand rooms, one of the most beautiful staircases in the world. We always come back to the Windsor and are never disappointed!More
