There was a bed side table with reading light, desk, chair, wall mounted TV on a swivel arm, closet with hangers and hairdryer, a full length mirror, reverse cycle a/c, as well as a floor to ceiling window on one...The room was clean, as well the toilets even if they are not in the room. I enjoyed the kitchen for cooking and preparing my meals, it is a fully professional kitchen. The staff is friendly, and it is a good place...
Internet is unstable (ie, it drops out and it can be difficult to reconnect - sometimes the Vic Free Wifi offers a better alternative).This is a grand hotel with comfy beds, great staff and wonderful a la carte breakfasts. Came here for one night as part of flight package. Location good - close to Chinatown and shops. Not too noisy. Okay service but facilities a bit jaded. Bed and shower were both very good.Service variable - had to...
Easy access to public transport and the hotel offers (paid) parking, which is a bonus.So this in a great location in Little Collins Street right in the centre of Melbourne CBD yet an oasis - once you're in your room it's quiet and peaceful.

Great place to stay
Have stayed here x2 and both times met and taken to apartment by Hons very polite and pleasant young man. Apartment very comfortable exceptionally clean and a short walking distance to shops, restaurants and the tennis.

Good stay
Great location just meters away from the tram stop, easy 15 minutes walk to river, casino and main restaurant strips. Our room was well equipped with full kitchen and dishwasher, also washing machine and dryer were available in room. Wide, comfy beds. Our balcony on the 27th floor overlooked the Melbourne Museum and part of Melbourne CBD. We viewed the NY fireworks from our balcony and it was amazing! Although our stay was generally good we encountered some issues. We found the cleaning standards to be quite poor (specially in the bathrooms), shower seals were mouldy (black), we found hair from previous guest stuck on the shower floor and walls. Also our towels were stained or had black spots. The apartment was not serviced during our three day stay, we had to ask for fresh towels on the last day. Check in procedure was strange. As this is clearly a new building, the hotel does not have a concierge/reception, so you must text someone to meet you downstairs and unlock the doors for you, this can take a while. Also there are no signs outside the building with the hotel name, so there is no way to tell if you are in the right place. On the good side our host Hons was amazing, he communicated well. Let us check in earlier and also allowed a late check out at 12.00pm, He was very friendly and accommodating, personally took us upstairs to the apartment and shown us around. Unfortunately cleanliness and no room service just wasn't good enough.…

Grand Final Weekend
Great location with easy tram access or easy walk from Southern Cross Station, well set up and clean. Room had full length windows which allowed superb views from the 33rd floor. No nightclub noise like we have encountered with other complexes. Hons the manager went out of his way to allow us early entry could not recommend him highly enough as nothing was to much trouble.
