We had a room on level 1. Great small kitchen with 2 stove spots, oven, fridge with freezer. Ducted aircon kept the whole apartment cool. Bedroom was separated by bathroom (with bath tub) there is a laundry and dryer. Clean spot, lovely view (pictured), only 5 min drive to Cairns city/CBD.
Suprisingly that you are surrounded by other apartments and a big hotel next door, it was still quiet. Solid foundations etc, Clean apartment. Only thing was our bath tub was a little cracked so it had a bath mat covering the crack, and a bit of slime under the mat. Apart from that, very clean and would stay here again. Only thing that would have been nice to have known beforehand was that the entrance (car parking) was via the street behind it. I didn't see it on the website nor in my booking details. Amazing WIFI strength too especially as were on the top floor!!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for getting anywhere around Cairns that you need to -- everything you might need is at most a 25-minute walk from here. If walking//mobility is difficult, cabs are readily available with a quick call from downstairs. The manager, Donna, is an absolute gem and helped me navigate both the immediate neighborhood and tour bookings. I highly recommend this place, and look forward to coming back.
Spent a week here in very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. Upstairs (no lift) looking across Esplanade. For walkers it is a healthy distance from the centre of Cairns and away from the bustle (we liked it) but perhaps a bit too far for those who find walking for a while difficult. Taxis are easily accessible. Well worth the stay and good value in our opinion.
We enjoyed our stay here. We had an upper story apartment with a good view. It was clean and well presented. No lifts so had to walk up steps to get to the unit. The reception was friendly and helpful
