Great place Great staff Great people I think I hold the record - 4 room changes in a 10 day stay. But all done politely / professionally / caringly. As my plans kept changing I had to change rooms as they were heavily booked complicating short notice changes. The hotel is comfortable Well located. And good value for money.

The wifi here you might as well forget about it it simply doesn’t work I ended up having to tether to my phone, that coupled with the distance from the main part of the city, the poor room decor (needs updating) and noisy parties I think it’s worth a 2/5

Booked through Agoda, but was worried about the cancellation options, so hotel said to book direct with them for same price for same room When I got there and went to the room, there was NO balcony/ terrace as advertised, no microwave, just a small room with 2 single beds pushed together and a bathroom..supposed to have free wifi in all rooms, the whole week I was there, I couldn’t get wifi in the room. I went and spoke to reception, and was told that Agoda advertise the wrong room, and tried to blame the weather on the wifi not working.. It rained all week, whilst I was there, so never got to do any tours, and because I had the air con on most of the time, because of the humidity, I’ve returned home with a massive head cold, I paid night for a dogs box, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

We stayed here for 3 nights on a package we purchased from Scoopon. For the price we got what we expected. The room was a good size and clean and comfortable enough. However there wasn’t always enough parking and we ended up parking on the street a couple of times. We had a top floor room and there were no lifts, so we had to lift heavy suitcases up a few flights of stairs. However, there were many questionable guests who were kind of creepy and it seemed like a bit of a halfway house. The doors get locked at 9pm “for your safety” (which also made me question my safety and why this was necessary). When we arrived back at the hotel after 9pm our key wouldn’t let us in as it was meant to. While I was using the phone to call the night manager to sort this out I was approached by two locals who were quite threatening and they only retreated as my husband came around the corner. I don’t know if they were guests. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed here with our pet Maltese Shihtsu for a night. Had to book a premier room as they only allow pets with these. Still a good rate and good breakfast thrown in. Ground-floor Room was a little small, but very comfortable and opened onto a common paved area surrounded by grass. Only problem was, it rained pretty heavily, so our little dog was confined to the room for most of the time! Loved the little fresh (machine-made) pancakes for breakfast! Will probably stay here again if we have to travel with our pet! Dont know if they allow big dogs as they did specify small dogs.....however, did see a Boxer-type dog outside a neighbouring room..........
