Room was well appointed with all that you needed. Excellent shower and bed. However the building is right next to an overpass and is quiet noisy. Parking was offered as a discount but was very expensive (wilson parking around the corner). Breakfast was offered at a discount if you paid at reception when booking in, thank god it was discounted because there was little choice and very ordinary.

Had 2 king bed rooms. Booked under the same booking but rooms were not together, so a little disappointing seeing we booked several months ago. Rooms are a good size and its nice to see a hotel room these days with an actual cupboard so somewhere to put your bags away. Bathroom was lovely. Only major complaint is the hotel's location, or more to the point, getting to the hotel in a car. What a nightmare. Trying to get to it with one way streets all over the place and a car park that isn't located on site, made this very tricky at times. Staff friendly enough, but don't go out of their to help you or go above and beyond, giving you the absolute bare minimum. The hotel is very close to Darling Harbour and right there on Darling Square. Lots of choice for restaurants right outside the door. Apart for a few minor little things (and knowing about the car parking situation next time), we would choose to say at this hotel again.…

Coming to the city for a break from the mountains is always a delight and it's made better by the genuine staff at this hotel.
