We love the Sofitel Darling Harbour! Everything about is is amazing, but it is the staff that make the Hotel, especially Concierge and Club Millesime. As Platium members we receive access to Club benefits, which is wonderful. All staff are welcoming and professional, but a special mention to Elmer. My partner and I recently stayed at Sofitel for a weekend. It already has a fantastic rating and reputation but it even exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Elmo the senior butler who made sure our every needs where met. I am pregnant and Elmo and his team made sure I was comfortable and had everything I might need in the room in case i was unwell including extra water. It's the little things like being remembered every time you attend the afternoon service by the team that makes you feel like a million bucks and Elmo made us feel like celebrities. Thank you to the team for making our stay and birthday celebrations so memorable. I can't wait to return.

Everytime we stay in Sofitel Darling Harbour, we find the staff are very welcoming and polite. They had an amazing drinks selection in Pool Bar and the staff are excellent in making our cocktail drinks! We had a really lovely stay at Sofitel Darling Harbour....the customer service from the time we made the call to book in to when we left on Sunday was terrific. I can think of nothing that we were not pleased or happy with. From the moment we pulled up in the driveway, to the concierge, to the check-in staff, to the 11.30pm extra milk delivery to our room and to the dining room staff, we were made to feel very welcome. We are 70 and 68 respectively and really did appreciate the manners, courtesy and goodwill extended to us. Thank you!!

We stayed 9 nights in the Sofitel darling Harbour, even tho it was booked out and staff were over work ( the industry at the moment) but the service was amazing. Disa and Phong were outstanding with everything everytime I saw them there was always a smile on there face (even with my difficult requests). We will be back Nathan

My favourite place to stay in Sydney! The executive lounge staff are faultless - Phuong is amazing as always! Mitchell, Tien, Wayne - absolute legends! I have had the pleasure to stay twice this month and it is great to have the hotel returning to normality after a long two and a half years. It may seem small, but to be greeted in Club Millesime to check in was greatly appreciated. The friendly greetings and the service from the staff, to the cleanliness of the hotel is a credit to the Accor brand. They recognised my Platinum Status and the benefits that came with it. I would like to highlight the staff in Club Millesime who provided outstanding service during our stay and made us feel as valued Platinum members. Nothing was too much to ask and we really enjoyed our stay. Congratulations on your new role and I hope Accor remains the leading hotel brand, not only in Australia but the whole Asia Pacific.

Stayed at Sofitel Darling Harbour a few times now and still the same elegance of the facilities and rooms. Very good location especially we were there during Vivid Sydney. Quality customer service from reception, friendly concierge guys, accomodating Alessandro from Champage bar, helpful and awesome Lucy and Bebe from the breakfast room, and the one that impressed me the most was Likumbo and the other guy from housekeeping who came back a couple of times to provide me with the most comfortable pillows. Very friendly customer service and thank you so much for making out stay remarkable.

I decided to surprise my wife to a 10 year wedding anniversary at the Sofitel Darling Harbour. The property itself is beautiful with wonderful staff. However the stay was not made special in anyway for us. As an accor platinum member I thought there would be at least a room upgrade or a note in our room with a little surprise to acknowledge our anniversary. This was not the case. I have become accustomed to these at other Sofitel properties without even celebrating a milestone. Unfortunately Sofitel darling harbour didn’t deliver on this front at all. In the room or at dinner. There was no room upgrade and I was made to feel we were upgraded to the club lounge when this is part of being a platinum member. Will we return? Yes for the staff but not if we are celebrating something special. Hopefully management can work on this and take note from Sofitel Mumbai, Fiji, Nusa Dua, and Brisbane on how to make a stay extra special. I was super disappointed as reading reviews sounds like it’s an amazing place but maybe they only pick certain guest over others.…

Terrible is the first and last memory of this place , $35 a glass for champagne and $ 24 for a cocktail and 30 mins for service , seriously people , 5 star hotel and 1 star service , absolutely below Par, may have had 2!or 3 rounds as the view bid great , unlike the service
