Spacious clean room. Fully equipped kitchenette with washer dryer. Convenient location with bus services to city and shopping areas. Hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming. One minor issue is there is no safe in the room keep our valuables.

Needs air in the bedrooms and the rooms feel like nobody cares ..... It could easily be so much better. No staff when you need them. Nobody policing in-house noise or safe Covid hygiene practise and management.

Hi Tim F, Thanks for the constructive feedback on your recent stay. I am sorry we haven't met your expectations on this trip. We do have air-conditioning in all rooms, for air-flow to the bedrooms we do advise keeping the bedroom door open to allow for the air-flow. Our team are also not onsite 24/7, but we do have the after-hours team available via the phone should you have any concerns at all after-hours. Fourth time staying at Veriu in the last 5 years (the last being pre-Covid). Clean, convenient (with on-site secure parking) and near to USyd. Helpful and attentive staff. Kudos especially to housekeeping staff Jaya.
