We had a wonderful stay at Hononton B&B. The room was beautiful, everything spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was fabulous. Simon was a perfect host. Would thoroughly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Quite, peaceful, away from it all down a country lane, comfortable room, large bathroom with flurry white towels, spotless clean, feels like home from home. Wonderful breakfast pick and choose what you would like and plenty of it. Nothing was to much trouble. Simon and Sandie were perfect hosts. Good parking, garden to sit in, lots of walking from Hononton cottage. Local pubs are well worth a visit they have local history and Good food.

We came across this beautiful bed and breakfast whilst searching for somewhere to stay when attending a family christening in the village of Brenchley. The Willowpit bedroom on the ground floor was a haven of peace and serenity with windows looking out into the pretty wild flower garden and pond, framed with rustic fencing and alive with the sounds of the birds and bees enjoying the abundance of nature! Inside our room was a huge bed, so inviting to sink into for great nights sleep after the busy-ness of our celebrations. Tea and coffee, fresh fruit, biscuits and chocolates on the guest tray and everything you could possibly need for a worry free visit in both the bedroom and bathroom - even a spare toothbrush should you forget your own! Breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty with locally sourced ingredients, fabulous home made jams and marmalades and all served by super friendly and welcoming hosts! We left feeling full up on fresh food, fresh air and fully relaxed, thank you so much Simon and Sandie for allowing us to share your perfect corner on planet earth, we will be back! Oh, and thank you so much for the homemade lemon marmalade - I know how good that is going to be!

Visiting the 'Garden of England' became a memorable expercience thanks to the caring hosting at the Hononton Cottage. My stay at this delightful Bed & Breakfast felt as a coming home. We stayed two nights in this excellent B&B and had a really good experience. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. There are a lot of nice, personal finishing touches in the beautiful rooms and Simon and Sandy are very thoughtful hosts. Staying there was a real pleasure. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with lots of choice and plenty of gluten free options. We cannot recommend this B&B highly enough.

A wonderful place to stay in a very pretty and peaceful area of the Kentish Weald. We enjoyed everything about historic Hononton cottage. The low ceilings and beams, comfy bed with lovely soft bed linen it all added to a comfortable nights sleep. Simon & Sandy we’re perfect hosts, breakfast was excellent with homemade preserves and local ingredients. All was perfectly clean. Would definitely recommend as a little gem in the countryside.

Had a work offsite at The Bull at Brenchley (also excellent BTW) but needed overflow rooms, so two of the group stayed at Hononton Cottage: a short car journey away. Hosts Simon and Sandy could not have been more charming and welcoming. Every need was catered for: the sherry in the room was a particularly nice (and enjoyable touch). Delicious breakfast and came away with two jars of their homemade marmalade. Cannot fault and would not hesitate to recommend! Gnatone

Everything about my stay at Hononton Cottage was supurb. My stay exceeded all of my expectations. The roses were blooming all around the cottage which only enhanced how pretty everything was. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable without being in any way intrusive and all of the amenities - including an excellent breakfast, were first rate.I would stay here again for sure.

What a beautiful place to stay! Hononton Cottage is located at the end of a country lane near the village of Brenchley. It is a short drive from there to so many places of interest including Pashley Manor Gardens, Sissinghurst and 3 wineries Hush Heath, Chapel Down and Biddendum. We stayed in the superbly appointed and spacious Willowpit Garden Room, which has its own private entrance and a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom is modern with a shower over a bath. Everything is immaculate. There is everything a guest could need, including a kettle with various teas, a hairdryer and various toiletries. Simon and Sandie were lovely hosts, advising on the local places of interest and the best places to eat. They provide a welcome cup of tea on arrival and a tasty breakfast, which included fresh fruit and homemade jams/marmalade, plus eggs and bacon etc. We would happily recommend this bed and breakfast as a peaceful base to anyone wanting to explore the beautiful Kentish countryside.
