Tsoukalades-Kathisma is 8 minutes drive by car. Then is Kalamitsi, then Big Gialos beach, then Egremnoi beach and then Porto Katsiki beach. All rooms have balconies with garden view. Every room-studio and apartment consists of fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator. Every room-studio and apartment has a private bathroom, air condition and a satellite TV. There is free Wi-Fi in every room and all over Pansion Filoxenia Apartments & Studios and also free parking.Hair drier and iron and laundry availiable for free. Free tour guide and map for Lefkada with information for all beaches, archeological sites and museums. There is every day cleaning. There is a mini market 10 meters, restaurant with fresh fish at 5 meters and a cafeteria 1 meter away. Also there is a bakery 10 meters away.The reception is open 8:00 in the morning till late at night. Area for scenic walks. Landmarks near the property: Archeological museum at the forecourt of Monastery Orthodox Panagia Faneromeny 1km.

Amazing apartments with beautiful yard where you can make a bbq. The hosts were very polite and nothing was too much for them. We were with a car so we visited all the beaches, the roads are a bit old but worth it.

Very clean rooms, bed sheets and towels are replaced regularly, quiet surrounding although it's by the main road (we were facing the opposite side). Our host, Petro, was very friendly, helpful and forthcoming. Definitely, we'll stay here again when we visit Lefkada next time.

We visited Lefkada in July 2018 and stayed in Filoxenia apartments which I booked by e-mail, directly with the owner. Mr Pedro was very helpful and welcoming from the very first email he sent. The property was no hard to find, and we got the room and the keys very easily. The room was maybe a bit smaller than we expected, but it had everything we needed and we didn't spend too much time inside anyway. We would have preferred a slightly larger balcony, though.The property is surrounded with beautiful flowers, it has a large parking lot and the village itself is in a very convenient position, very near the island's main town and not too far from several beaches. There are a couple of tavernas (zucchini balls are delicious!), two mini markets, two bakeries and a pharmacy. The closest beach is very beautiful, but those days were quite windy and the waves were very strong so we preferred going to the east coast of the island on which the water is much more calmer. We strongly recommend Lefkada, Tsoukulades and Filoxenia studios!…

The location of the appartments is perfect. 10 min from the city Lefkada and 10 min to the nearest beach by car. There is mini market, coffe shop, bakery near by. The parking is not a problem. Pedro the owner is a very positive person.

Me and my wife stayed here for a week and Petro was the best host we had so far, always greeting us on our way out or in giving us good tips and information about the island. We had a room facing the landside with olives trees garden and it very relaxing . The cleaner comes everyday and she is very friendly and professional. The location is about 400mt on the sea level but only 10 minutes away from the nearest little beach, or 15 minutes from a huge beatific sandy beach by the famous wind mills close in lefkada town. Car rental it's a must and better to rent it at the airport . Also be aware of some petrol station to avoid, you can ask Petro he will tell you where to fill up. There are a Couple of tavernas buy we didn't use them apart from the one opposite for a nice gyro take away. If you want a bit of a night life you can go in lefkada town center very nice high street. We really like It and the best beaches are on the west side of the island especially in the south west. …

Great hotel. All the yard is in beautiful flowers. Very clean. They were cleaned daily, towels and bed linen were changed twice in 4 days. The bathroom has cosmetics that are replenished daily. The room has a kitchen and dishes, a fridge, air conditioning, a TV, a safe. Free parking. I highly recommend. The owner is very friendly and sincere. He gave us a map of the island, told us where the beautiful beaches, where the supermarket is, where is the refueling for the car. This was a very useful information. Pedro is a great person and a super host! We are happy to meet him. When we had a problem, he decidedly decided on it. It's so important when someone in the foreign country has to worry about you. I visited Lefkada with a friend of mine for summer holidays. I highly recommend this hotel for staying. Firstly it is at Tsoukalades village which is near the main town of Lefkada and the famous village Agios Nikitas. The room we had was very nice and new. A lady was coming everyday to clean up the room. You are able to cook in the room because there is a little oven and you can storage food at a small fridge that there is also there. The bathroom was almost brand new and we had warm water all day long. You could also put your personal stuff at a safe house in the room. Also there was a free WiFi spot. The owner of the room is very kind and will help you with anything you’d like to know about the island, for instance daily cruises or beaches that you could visit. There is a place to park your car and even sometimes the park lot is full of cars you can park outside at the road. I think that it is a perfect and a very cheap option to stay if you decide to visit this wonderful island.…

10 years ago owner Panagiotis was normal because Lefkada in that time was not famous place to go..But the attitude of this man now is really horrible.He is not that man who we introduce long time ago neither the pansion is the same.Everything what he promised he lied...The owner promised us good room..We thought because he has always smile that he is nice man but now I think that he is only man of interest and that behind that smile is not a good man..He put us in studio on ground and the promise was that we will be on the first flour..Then we did not get balcony ,we were like in prison (something like piece of yard and the family near us was also verry unhappy with this because they have the same experience-NEVER AGAIN) and in our part was something for electricity or aircondition that was so loud that you could not sleep nor in the evening nor in the night..We never had experience like this in our lifes..And we have 50 and 40 years..Also it was verry dirty especially that yard, and pilows and beds were awful and smells verry bad..He promised us totally oposite but our mistake was that we gave him money first and then saw all of this..So take advice,do not believe in his smile,first look what he offer and then give him money..The worst experience in our lifes..Like I told,NEVER AGAIN we will go in that house …
