Giving this hotel a 4 star rate is an overestimation - a big overestimation. The hotel itself its in a nice place with nice views on Opawskie mountains. They have an outside pool and their own lake but obviously in the winter we couldn't use it. The hotel is rather dark, our room was small. The keyhole in our door was tapped with toiled paper - that doesn't happen in a 4star hotel. The swimming pool was nice and the sauna as well but in the steam bath the smell was so bad that we couldn't use it. We had an all iclusive option. The food (buffet) was just average - typical polish, very gassy. I need to admit that there always were few things to choose - but all the same type. Nevertheless we were not hungry but you could see that they want to do it the cheapest way. The same with alcohol - vodka was the cheapest of the cheapest really poor - wine also. I don't know how was the beer as I don't drink it and I dont remember the name. I had a few drinks with vodka during the first night nut the other we just bought a normal wine and a bottle of vodka in the bar. The serving people are their advantage: they are really nice. It's true (as I red in other opinios) that they are mostly Ukrainians but it doesn't matter: they are more polite than some polish people and the language is not such a problem while serving buffet food or doing massage: they do their job perfectly. Resuming: that was not definitely a luxurious weekend but it was fine. We had some rest.Nevertheless I think the price was a little to high for this standard. They could improve a little bit on food and drinks (just a little) and it would be fine. I would recommend it to the families with children especially during summer: its a good option.…

The most exciting visit I had. Friendly people ready to assist although there was a language barrier. It is a beautiful country and beautiful places to visit and explore We attended a polish wedding at Gorzelanny and it was unbelievable. Lovely rooms and the food devine. Lots to do for the children Poland is definately a country to explore. Visit Krakov - lots to see and the vibe!! Try the many guest houses to rent.such as u Agniezski
