I have stayed in DIAMOND RESORT PHUKET last year in December, I stayed 3days 2nights. I would recommend choosing this hotel to be your first priority optional. The price is acceptable, the accommodation decoration is very modern and clean. In the room provided kitchen and big fridge for guest which I really like. I love the pool a lot as it's very nice and clean. The hotel location was set up in a good area, easy to get to the beach, also hotel provided a complimentary shutter to guest for the beach as well. This is very mean a lot and useful. Hotel made me feel that they are care guest during covid 19 by they do have social distancing when checking in. The sise of the room is large and enough for 1 person as I stayed alone. Therefore I would recommend this hotel to be the choice when you visit Phuket.…

Hotel's Favourite
We organized our wedding near Diamond Resort and had many guests staying there. Everyone was very content. The shuttles to Boat Avenue and the beach were very convenient. Manager Khun Sewie and his assistant Khun Bank were very accomodating and Nan who supervised the nannies was also very hands-on.

The pandemic situation all over phuket did not stop us to enjoy a little perks of relaxing moments during our 2nights and 3day stay in this brand new condotel. We avail of the promotion for locals in compliance with govt to support local business. Btw, hotel is not similar as condotel for those who are planning to stay...The first thing you have to do is plan ahead! Check weather updates. Due to unforeseen weather strong winds occur and massive power supply in bangtao area shutdown between 8:15pm til next day at 6am. This could lead to sleepless night coz no aircon and lights. Unexpected damages happened coz accidentally broke 3wine glasses. One thing i really appreciate about the policy is that your complain is compensated. They did not ask me to pay those broken wine glasses upon check out.Honesty is the best polocy in all circumstances. Overall, this condoresortel is highly recommendable for yuppies and families. Rate from 1 to 10 is 9.5 Nobody is perfect!👌🧡🙏⚘…

Warm welcome from Nan and Smile, and half swedish Fan at check in. Felt they all took care of us in a very good way. Big room with separate kitchen. Clean and fresh all over, and a nice pool with popular red pillows. Not sun all the time at the pool, so if you want to sunbath all the time, you had to move a little bit during the day. Free transfer to Bang Tao-beach twice/hour - wonderful beach with not too many people. The restaurant at the hotel, Infuse, was super - the best breakfast we had during the stay, and we also had dinner and lunch here a couple of times. Great food and service. Free transfer to "city centre" - many of the restaurants there were more expensive and not as good at Infuse. Highly recommended!
