Exterior is a concrete industrial building with minimal signage, gravel parking area but gate never seems to be locked at night. Interior renovations have been going on for at least 2 years with little noticeable effect. Vehicles parked nearby suggest that it caters to truck drivers, and there is a convenience/grocery store just up the street. Four managerial offices are occupied during office hours, but with no noticeable business to manage. Reception lady is curt and brusque; no English is spoken. No elevator, stairs are well worn, hallways are dark, rooms are OKAY! Ours was pink with purple curtains, but the bathroom functioned and the water was hot and the windows opened for fresh air and the bed was flat. Restaurant opened only for meal hours, and the fridge was unplugged so the beer and soft drinks were all room temperature.…
