This hotel was everything we expected and more. The hotel itself and its location are great. The room we had was much larger than we expected and was well furnished. The place was very clean, the pool was great, and the staff excellent. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely try to make it back some day. It's not in the center of Budva, but it is right on Bečići and Rafialovići beaches which offer a quieter (and much cleaner) beach day than Slovenska in Budva. There are several nice restaurants just near the hotel and cafe with cheap pizza and drinks if you are looking for something quick. If you want to be in the center of the Budva action, this place is only a 6 euro cab ride away but offers a much nicer atmosphere for the daytime. Free parking above the hotel is secure and comes with your own remote to open the gates. It is easy to find and perfectly placed to avoid the narrow streets of the town below.

For the price paid, this must be the gem of the Montenegrin coast. A small hotel, right on the bay of Rafailovici, not far from the center of Budva, with excellent water views from each room. We were given a standard room, which was surprisingly big, with an ample balcony, and lots of cupboards and storage space - very convenient if here for a longer stay. Free parking, free wi-fi, quiet, near the beach and an easy walk form seaside restaurants. No opinion on the breakfast, as we did not have it. Top grades for the management, too.

In general, i liked simply everything. The stuff was so nice, helpful and kind that it felt like home more than a hotel. The view from the balcony was amazing, the breakfast excellent, fresh and really hit the spot. Parking is free and secured. The room is comfy and clean.

A good value hotel with friendly staff who are keen to help and well worth the upgrade for a sea view as the view over the bay and the sunsets were amazing. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean as were all areas within the hotel. There was work going on with the swimming pool whilst we were there and it was disappointing that this was not available but we were out of season and hadn’t realised this at the time. Breakfast had a good wide choice both hot and cold which changed daily.
Free wifi worked fine within the hotel but not out on the balcony.
The hotel has steps down to the main beach area (so not good if you struggle with mobility) and it felt very secure. Internally there is a lift to all floors. There are a number of restaurants close by and you could walk round to Budva which was about 3-4Km away. There is a tunnel ( a bit tricky to find) but signposted off the walkway and is behind the Iberostar hotel at the other end of the bay. There are also ATM’s at the Hotel Splendid and behind the hotel as well as the Alexandra.

We stayed in a two-bedroom, two nights.
The apartment is neglected and not maintained. Very poor level of cleanliness. The living room is dark and neglected, one toilet was broken toilets.
We paid 265 euros per night, non-breakfast price is excessive and insufficient compensation.
The hotel owner is not available and is not interested and no one to talk to.
Bad experience to end our wonderful trip to Montenegro.
What you see in the pictures, it's not what you get!

This hotel is an amazing gem of a find and extremely good value.

Where to start - it is overlooking Rafailovici bay which is beautiful and easy to access. There is secure parking. The room was large with a nice balcony overlooking the bay. The windows have electric shutters so a good night sleep guaranteed. (When we did have a problem and one of the blinds got stuck, we spoke to Ana and a repairman very quickly arrived and sorted this out for us).

Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Bilia did us lovely fried eggs on toast for breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed. There were cooked meats, eggs, hot apple pastries, cereals, fruits, yoghurt, cheeses, toasts with jams and spreads and cakes.

Ana was amazing. She gave us a warm welcome when we arrived, sorted out the problems with the blind and was always around and very friendly. I have to say the owners of this hotel should be extremely proud of Ana as there had been a bereavement and there was only Ana and the lovely Bilia (who was in charge of breakfast and also did a great job). Ana was there before breakfast started at 7am and was still there at 9pm fixing out blinds! She really has done the hotel proud.

This hotel is a great alternative to Budva itself which is pretty tacky to be honest. However, Budva old town is stunning and well worth a visit.

Despite being there in the 2nd half of October, the area was still alive and the hotel provided a pleasant stay for a sunny autumn holiday. The lady at reception/breakfast was very nice and kind, the food was delicious and the room's large terrace had a spectacular view, as showed on the photo. The city centre of Budva is cca. 3 km away, but the area of Rafailovici has it's own beach and a row of good restaurants. Would visit again.

excellent sea view in front rooms. Not in the center but close to beach. You need few minutes walking down to the beach and restaurants. Rooms have nice balconies with eccellent view.
Would prefer again eventhough breakfast is poor.

I stayed here for one night and I must say I was very impressed. I had a nice room overlooking the sea and pool. There was free parking and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is about 3km away from the old town but the walk is nearly worth staying there. Th beach is a stone throw away and the pool is so clean and nice.
I would stay here again.
Breakfast was not included but with so many restaurants near by it was not a problem
