We had a great stay at the hotel! We stayed in room 101, even though just above the entrance and restaurant on 1st floor, our room still had an incredible view of Rafailovici/Becici as hoped for. Breakfast and service was great, receptionists very helpful and welcoming - helped us with booking a taxi and also arranging a taxi boat. Taxi boat - hotel did not recommend this one themselves but is one of the 2 signs outside the hotel restaurant - we do NOT recommend using Oliver Djorovic (phone number ending 303) after he kept us waiting for 15 minutes half way through taxi boat to Budva to pick up 'his woman', no prior notice of the stop off and very unprofessional.

Back to the hotel - room, bathroom and balcony were all very spacious, bed was so comfortable. Cleaner(s) attentive and found our room cleaned and tidied when returning from having breakfast each morning. Only criticism is that there's a sign about being environmentally friendly in the bathroom, but even when towels were left on the drying rack in bathroom (and not on the floor), they were still taken and new ones provided. Although nice to have fresh towels, cleaners should he reminded of the sign and procedure they say they should be following.
Georgian food at the restaurant was delicious, recommend trying the seabass and prawn khinkali dumplings!
Each guest gets 1 hour free spa time you just have to book in your hour at reception, is EUR25 for each extra hour after that. I used the spa on our last morning - lovely jacuzzi with powerful jets, sauna and steam room available too.
Location perfect for a stay in coastal Montenegro, I was so glad we chose here rather than Budva! So many restaurants within a matter of steps from the hotel, very easy to walk to Becici beach or Kamenovo beach through the tunnel, nice couples/family in the area.
Only minor issues were that English breakfast was cold one morning, and would be nice if options like the Shakshuka and Salmon were available to hotel guests, as well as paying guests, as other than the English breakfast the only other hot food options are omelette/scrambled eggs, so can get a bit 'samey'. However toast, croissants, jams and spreads provided with drinks while waiting for hot food, is a nice touch!
Also the location of the hotel is problematic for drivers, this can't really be helped but when booking a taxi or getting dropped off, but you will save your taxi driver a lot of frustration if you request pick up or drop off at the end of the road, e.g Restaurant Porat. Thin road is clearly not fit for purpose.
Aside from that, overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend to any tourists looking to visit coastal Montenegro! ☺

Zeta is a modern hotel with modern appliances such as lighting controls, airco & TV. The rooms are very comfortable, great beds and linnen. the hotel is on the boulevard of Rafailovici next to the sea. It has a very good restaurant with european and espially Georgian cuisine. We tried the Bisque, salmon tartare, georgian tasting menu, ... all delicious. friendly staff, great seating next to the water at the marina. we loved the towel service. the wellness has steam room, infra red sauna, jacuzzi, all powerfull and modern equipment

Had spa treatment and dinner at the Zeta Hotel. The spa treatment (massage, mani/pedicure) was amazing and so relaxing. Food and service was the best we had during our stay in montenegro. Highly recommend the georgian menu, which was delicious. The personnel including management was delightful! We recommend the Zeta highly for everyone who stays near Budva

It is impossible to find a parking space because the street where the hotel is located is narrow. The hotel staff told us that there was a valet service, but when we arrived after 9pm, they said that the valet was not working at that time (they did not give us such information when we came to the hotel), so we had to park our car ourselves. Since it was very difficult to find parking in those narrow streets, I had to pay 72 euros in 2 days at the nearby paid parking lot.

Another issue is that they said that room service works until 12 noon. I said that I wanted cleaning at 11 o'clock but when I returned to the room in the evening, I saw that it had not been cleaned, in fact they had never even come to the room. And while I am experiencing these problems, I cannot find anyone with authority to talk to in the evening. I only have to deal with a security guard.

As a result, if I had not paid my hotel fee in advance, I would never stay here for more than 1 night. And I will never stay here again and will tell everyone i know not to stay here either.

The hotel is nice and the staff is pleasant. Both rooms and suites are quite spacious with a sea front. Rooms are very clean.

The food in the restaurant is very good - should be in Zagat soon.
Breakfast was excellently cooked and served; special thanks to the attentive and welcoming waiters.

Nice beach- Kamenovo is a 10 min walk by the seaside.

Check-in experience was a bit chaotic, but ok. Hotel has limited accessibility for elderly people, families with toddlers, disabled individuals

The hotel is self-rated as 4 stars. We would say almost;) However, rating this review with 5 stars ! The hotel owner should be thankful to the hotel staff and especially value their encouragement, diligence and kindness.

A new and modern hotel with very nice design, very big and comfy bed, and outstanding customer service. Everyone speaks few languages, very welcoming and friendly. From Hotel maids to waiters and reception staff. Everything was simply great.
Amazing views from bedroom were a bonus!!
Georgian food in the restaurant was greta, too.
Milo, our breakfast waiter helped with recommendations regarding trips.
This was definitely value for money and I will strongly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Terrible unbearable stuffiness on the of restaurant terrace no fans, ventilation. Very strong discomfort from being in such conditions. Feeling worse. And besides, old dishes.Administration needs to pay attention to this.

It is a 4 star hotel, but you feel like in a 5 star one. The rooms are large and very comfortable and so are the bathrooms. Plenty of amenities. The balcony has excellent views of the bay and beaches in front of the hotel. There are many good restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast was very good.
The only problem of the hotel is that you have to climb a lot of stairs in order to reach the entrance. It doesn't fit for disabled people.
The staff was very helpful. Our friends had a problem and had to cancel 2 of their 3 days stay and were not charged for the cancelation.

We happen to choose this hotel, as many our ideal ones were fully booked one week before our arrival.
We read from Booking.com, that some guest met parking problem. We are lucky that there were not many other guests driving the car at those two dates, so we got free parking in front of the hotel. But it still a bit hard to drive through the entrance street, stuffed with cars and tourists.
The room is nice, like apartment, sea view suite has a sofa bed at the living room and a balcony and a backyard terrace, which is good for smokers.
The room deco and facilities are great, it's pity, we only stay overnight. The spa and fitness is not ready open yet.
If you like stay out the very crowd downtown or apartment box in the center of Budva, it's a nice choice.

From 12 - 26 Aug 2021 we stayed in this hotel in a small village approximately 30min drive from Tivat Airport - Montenegro.
As we traveled during the Corona Pandemic, some restrictions were still in effect like, everyone except Balkan-countries, EU and Swiss passport holders need a negative PCR test not older then 72 hrs to enter Montenegro.

Summary: The room was spacious with 35m2 and a decent size balcony overlooking the bay. The bed was great, the 2 pillows offered were perfect for finding the right sleeping positions. The bathroom was good, the cleaning of the room was moderate.

The numbers:
-Price/Quality: 3.5*** of 5***** (~2450€ per 14 nights)
-Price: $$$1/2 of $$$$$
-Quality: 4**** of 5
-Service at Reception: 3.5*** of 5
-Service Overall: 4**** of 5
-Services Breakfast: 4**** the choice isn’t as varied as they have you believe it is. Service was a la Carte, our waiter Nemanja managed to make everything exceptional.
-Wheelchair Accessible: to hotel lobby seems inaccessible (we saw only stairs) otherwise 4**** (elevator)
-Overall rating: 4**** we had a great stay and really appreciated the larger rooms and the balcony with bay view.

The Breakfast
The breakfast was from 08:00 - 11:00 and consisted of an a-la-Carte service which was every day the same, and as we stayed 14-days it got a bit boring, our waiter Nemanja did make various suggestions and went out of his way to come up with variations and he always remembers our drink orders and had upon spotting us already prepared our first coffees and made the start of the day always a pleasure.

The Restaurant
It came with a 10% discount for guests of the hotel, we dined only once there. The set up was the same as the breakfast area outside but lacked ambiance and except for the Georgian wine which was excellent the diner was so so, it lacked flavor for a cuisine which was described as Michelin Star quality.
We would recommend you to go to Restaurant Porat 1min walk away from the hotel.

The Room
We stayed in room 301-3rd floor. Very spacious 35m2 and with a nice balcony overlooking the bay area and village beach and small town center. The bed was great and comfy and the pillows firm and soft.
The internet was medium-good it was working well in the room and almost perfect on the balcony.
The room provide a good closet, plenty space, 6 hangers for clothes, 2 bath ropes, 2 pairs room slippers, large TV and reading chair and separate work desk.

Iron and iron board were available in the closet and a safe as well.

The Bathroom
The shower was great, there were 2 types; 1 rain-shower and 1 wall shower which could be detached for hair washing. The sink was large and provided plenty space, there were all amenities and a blow dryer.

Best beach close by was Kamenovo Beach approx. 10min walk from hotel (take a left when exiting the hotel). Not the first beach you see when you walk from the left, you should pass the tunnel…

We would come again to this village!
