This restaurant at the end of Lake Skadar was a nice stop of the boat tour. The service was nice and the atmosphere great with nice views over a cute river and bridge. The fresh fish was very tasteful and a good amount. We had a great lunch.

We stayed at this hotel during the peak of the heatwave that had spread across the Baltic coastline carrying a searing 40° wall of intensity, so we were very much depending on a room that was cool and sheltered from the sun. On arriving we were greeted by a young guy who was pretty much running the hotel, a cold beer, a shady canopy seat out of the sun in a very small and quiet village. Lovely!
When we were shown to our room, we were initially pleased. Clean, traditional with a contemporary bathroom, small fridge, ample storage, air-con unit. Lovely!
We settled in, ignored the heat and the fact that we were essentially in a converted roof space. Switch the air-con on, that will sort out the 40° heat dilemma. But wait... the air-con was not working. Not by way of a power failure or broken unit in any way...the air-con is not connected to any power supply or external fan unit. There are just bare cables jutting out of the outside wall. But this place boasts air-conditioned rooms on their website? They are clearly jumping way ahead, and should remove that statement from any advertising as it is a blatantly false.
We opted for a cold shower. But wait...the water is not working. The water pressure, hot and cold, did not work properly for 2 days!!?
This hotel is NOT finished. Until it is properly complete with the essential hotel facilities, and this includes connecting the air-con, fitting sockets and switches to the incredibly dangerous bare wires that are in the communal corridors and rooms, sorting out the water pressure and upgrading the useless wi-fi network...I would highly advise anyone NOT to reside here.
Further issues were frequent powercuts, suspect food related sickness in the hotel, noisy with banging doors, flushing toilets and wooden floors, intense heat within the hotel through lack of ventilation and temperature control, street parking only, local youths hanging around outside til the early hours, no in-room entertainment such as TV/music, no fridge when we eventually moved to another room the get out of the roofspace, generally unapproachable staff who avoided complaints, lack of managerial experience, no kettle or drink making facilities.
Over time, if this hotel works hard to finish what it started, it could be worthy of better appreciation. Until then, it should not have its doors open, certainly not in high season. Highly disappointing end to our Baltic travels.

Room Tip: Avoid a stay in the double room in the roof during high season, until the air-con is functioning.

No air condition at 40C heat, wifi was poor and very weak signal. Even thou a nice guy who tried his best to help us still couldnt make it better. Shower had no pressured water and facilities were generally really poor. In a very small(i mean seriously small) town like this there was nothing to do at all. It's kind of a ghost town. I'd never go near by this place again!
